Does anybody know what she does for work?

In her spare time she is an aesthetics practitioner her main job is "facilities manager" or something like that, never been clear really on what that is - maybe cleaner??

I was thinking maybe her manager would need to pull her in and talk about needing to lose the affectedness, the make up, the hair, the over the top hands, the fakeness etc as she surely can’t carry on like she does in the real world.
I watch her with a range of emotions- horror, cringe and even some sympathy, as she is so delusional and must have some real issues

To me, it is obvious that she has no real life friends. If she did, they would tell her to tone it down and hold a mirror up to her in the cold light of day.

I initially sympathised with her and almost even bought into the ditzy, harmless persona she portrays but as time went on you soon see through that. She really is a narc and her over bearing, over inflated ego is cringe and annoying.
