Clancy Burke #3 Complaining all day keeps the fiancé away.

All of her dresses were ugly. Like even the stuff she pointed out in the store, her fashion sense is horrible. For someone so young and pretty and in shape, she dresses terribly. The romper looked terrible on her and looked very cheap. Like Ross Dress for Less, or Yard Sale find. Now she needs workout shoes in many various colors? Yikes. She also needs matching fancy workout wear? To step up her game? (She is sounding like a cookie cutter influencer these days.)

Extra bratty and obnoxious with both of her parents. Extra whining, exaggerated "Daaaaaaad" I don't know why, but I find her mom to be fairly annoying now too.

I will say, the fireplace is gorgeous and Tom is super talented!

What gets me about those new workout shoes is how she just flung them onto a pile of other shoes. Made me cringe. Take better care of your stuff!

What are those two going to do without Tom? I don't think Zac has a handy bone in his body, and she certainly doesn't. My husband can fix all the things and I'm grateful.

I would be a nervous wreck with a husband who cannot be somewhat handy around the house. Zac could of at least helped out even if he didn’t know what he was doing. He seems rather lazy and unappreciative. I don’t think he cared if there was a fireplace there or not. It’s like he doesn’t want to get his hands dirty. No bueno!
 
Personally I would have been thrilled that there wasn't a fireplace on that huge wall because I hate TVs mounted so high, but it seems to be the latest trend. When looking at new homes I noticed most have a fireplace on the only full wall without windows. Quite annoying, imo.
 
Her horrible taste in clothes continues to shock. The red romper outfit was the worst. It looked two sizes too small and so cheap. And the shoes and clothes thrown in a pile on the floor? She never matured past 12 years old. She asked what was she going to do without her father there to fix everything and she said at least she has Neal. Did she forget the man she is about to marry? The guy slinking around in the kitchen while her father and brother do all the work? I know not all men could build a fireplace, but most men would want to be a part of it and help out. Most men would feel obligated to do that. Wait until they have kids. Tom will have to move there and do everything. He may not be a hugger type, but he seems like a great dad to me. Zac seems lazy, weak, critical and ungrateful. I would bet her parents and Neal think the same thing.
 
Clancy and her mom saying Neal is being nice for once is such a weird thing to say. Just as a viewer, it’s pretty clear he shows his love with acts of service. Helping them move, building a fireplace, bringing Clancy flowers from his work. How is that NOT nice, lol?

I also love him casually going up to his neighbour and explaining that the dogs barking is a problem. Clancy would’ve just complained for a few weeks on the vlog until someone else resolved it or she gets tired of complaining. (Case in point — the downstairs neighbour situation).

I’m really invested in the Watts case and now that you pointed it out I can see her and Clancy’s similarities! Control freak, always looking for “perfection.” wanting to keep up with the Jones’ and sticking a camera in an unenthused husband’s face. Like someone said here, I don’t think Zac would harm her but cheat? That’s plausible.

That describes every normie vlogger. Even using words like “OBSESSED”constantly is so on brand with the vlogger vernacular. She’s assimilated herself perfectly to that role.

No kidding. If anything, Neal has shown more devotion and generosity than Zac has. Neal isn’t fake nice or full of hot air if that’s what they mean. Her and her mom are idiots.
 
Her mom is pissing me off more and more. She’s a total Karen. She rubbed me the wrong way ever since the realtor story. She’s just sitting there lounging with her feet up on Clancy and Zac’s couch. So weird. My mom would never lay down and put her feet up on my brother in law and sister’s couch.

Kathy’s also a total helicopter parent. I imagine there’s some angst between Kathy/Tom and Zac. We didn’t even see the 3 of them interact together the past few vlogs.

I can't help but wonder if they "gang up" on Zac and tease him, so he keeps his distance. Or maybe I'm projecting because I've had that happen to me with a parent and sibling.
 
It's possible they gang up on him, and he retreats to his bedroom. But he is allowing them to do all the work. He just does not fit in with her family at all.

I know her mom has some health issues, so I thought that might be why she was lying on the couch. But, yes she is a total helicopter parent and it's obvious the Burke family has taken over the house and how to decorate it. But, Clancy and Zac wanted that free fireplace so, that is the price they pay.

All the talk about Chris Watts here, I had to go watch the Netflix documentary. I don't think Zac would go that far (!) but yes, Chris Watts is very much like so many influencers' husbands. Letting the wife dominate, seemingly passive and quiet in the background until...

Truer words have never been spoken. Weak af. Most normal men would very much so feel obligated to assist in some way. Even if they aren’t handy or don’t have a clue. It was so weird how he creeped around doing absolutely nothing but attempting to cover his bald ass head with a devious comb over. Why does she always do this weird lip thing. Yes! She does that weird posing face when other people are talking to the camera, it's so immature, looks like early selfies era poses.

I love the fireplace, I'm so jealous her dad did it for free and she just paid for the materials and her family's meals.
