Not sure if you watch her tik tok but yesterday she was saying that their “dream home” they didn’t get sold for under the asking price bc it didn’t appraise for enough! They are so lucky they didn’t get that one. Also, apparently she only looked at 10 homes in Cinci

This is similar to a recommendation I made when they were traveling. Put on the “reporter” hat and show us the cost of living in these cities, give us legitimate city tours (beyond the Sweet Greens and Whole Foods locations) and be “curious.” Instead, it’s vlogs, Q&As and attempts at personal finance advice.

I’m actually really bothered by the constant Insta stories of Neal and Tom working on Princess Clancy’s “must-need” fireplace in her brand new $600k house. She BETTER consider actually compensating them for their labor, especially Neal - as he lives modestly and could probably use the money. I can only assume he’s taken time off from his flower/greenhouse job to help.
 
Clancy is so lucky to have a father and brother who would do all that work for her, while she sits upstairs talking to her camera and sneaking some pics of them for content.
I'm sure Zac's mystery illness prevented him from helping out. Interesting how she is marrying someone who is so different from her father and brother.

Hadn't seen that. I expect she will talk about that eventually in a vlog.
 
In her new video, she shows herself again using Downy fabric softener to wash clothes. After so many called her out on this--why didn't she edit that out? Instead, she pinned a response in the comments that says she knows to use laundry detergent.
She says Zac is on a diet for the wedding, but she won't say that she is. She definitely gained a lot of weight when she quit her job, and she has now lost all that weight. She should do a video about her weight loss and how she lost it. I'm sure "How I lost weight for my wedding" videos get lots of views.
They really look petty and ungrateful complaining about their realtor lying to them. Still bitter about that "dream house."

I found it kind of funny that the last couple of times I've checked for her videos, I've been confused because they all look and sound the same. So I agree with this..

And if you look at my VLog prediction vs. with her actual most recent video, it's pretty close..lol Except instead of a making the bed montage, it's a stupid argument over how to make the bed. Girl, no one cares if the bed is made. If you care, make it. If Zac makes it, let him and STFU about it. Stop trying to tease, cajole, ridicule, emasculate him on camera all of the time. It's not cute. AT ALL.

I swear, it's so petty and immature that she is ALWAYS trying to make fun of Zac, her dad, brother, even her mom-on camera. But GOD FORBID anyone say anything to her about anything because she is so fragile and delicate.

Also, I felt some mean girl, twisty neck vibes when talking about the Realtor. There's a lot she doesn't know about the whole process (although someone suggested in the comments that she could do a How to Buy A Home video..HA!) And I have no doubt that a Realtor could be shady or have their own agenda but it probably isn't too hard to figure out the Realtor's identity, and he or she could get really ticked that Clancy Bee and Sir Zac Zac are tit talking him on YouTube.. Just sayin!

She should also be super mindful of filming Zac while he's working, including his computer screen.

Seeing her hang up her clothes, made me realize how awful her taste in actual clothing is. And she said that she washed them but they all looked like they had been in a ball before she hung them up.. No laundry tutorials in her future, for sure..lol

And I'm over the Gratitude fakery, added after a complaining rant as an afterthought.

Can't wait to see her Barbie Makeup Mirror in the Clancy Room!

I was cringing so hard during this! I was really worried something was going to break! Someone commented after saying that Clancy really loves the ASMR montages and all I could think was her talking about how much she loves editing. Somehow I find them super cringy now for some reason.

This is so perfect! You just missed a shopping trip to go to Abercrombie or something, or a grocery “haul” of the most boring foods ever.
 
Meh, I don't know. I've worked with a shady realtor before so I give them the benefit of the doubt and if it really was shady, then IMO, they have a right to tell the story. Don't name names or anything, but a storytime on a shady realtor isn't exactly something new to YT.
 
Tbh, I think it was just a real estate agent trying to get the best possible offer for their clients (and for their own commission). False offers and bidding wars seem to be becoming the standard in a seller’s market.

I get feeling duped, but the seller’s real estate agent does not have your best interests at heart. It’s not like Clancy’s real estate agent was toying with her. To me, that would warrant all the complaining. But at this point, she just can’t seem to let it go.

The ASMR montage in his first few minutes of the new vlog today was on another level!! Worse than Target. Aggressively slamming things so hard when she was making her smoothie. WHY would that be enjoyable to listen to? At this rate, she’s about to chip the counter of her dream house. Was it really worth it for “the vlog?” She even asked if she should keep doing them🤣

For real - she tried the same thing during the Home Depot montage. Good thing she wasn’t grabbing any lumber or hardware items herself… goodness 🥴

One thing I actually liked about this one - the legit conversation with her and Neal. Hopefully he was ok with being recorded. It was a bit gentler than the “camera in your face” trope she always does…. He seems to genuinely make her laugh, which is also nice. I didn’t feel so fake or forced.

Well. she likes them, so despite what anyone says, she will probably keep doing them even though she asked for opinions. We know how she feels about viewers input..lol
 
Watched her latest vlog after a while of not watching. That “asmr” montage was god awful. It was so aggressive and went on for so long - she almost pushed it to the point of absurdism and it would have been comedic.

She’s shopping like crazy, unsurprisingly. By the way, just one of those side tables costs $450 — that’s absolutely insane. Waste of money for an ugly cheaply made piece of furniture. And a Victorias Secret robe… okay… they’re obviously not sweating at all about money.

I noticed she kept saying “what do you guys think?!” I suspect it’s because she needs more engagement to boost views/improve the algorithm because we all know she couldn’t give two shits what her loyal followers think. And she posts videos at least a week ahead so by the time they’re out she would have made a decision anyway.

Oh and her comments about the education system were so ignorant. There are so many things wrong with the education system and yes it is possible to be self-taught and learn things on your own. How her and Neal are related is beyond me. He’s much more experienced and well rounded. She lives in lala land.
 
Honestly Neil has always been the realest person on her vlogs. He brought up such a great point about school hours being more about childcare than facilitating learning, and Clancy immediately went “Neil, no.” Then once he’s done giving his opinion, Clancy is like I GOT STRAIGHT A’s IN HISTORY.

I homeschooled my granddaughter during the pandemic for kindergarten and first grade. The homeschool teacher said if I could keep her engaged in learning for two hours I would be lucky. When you remove, recess, lunch, etc it is not a full 6 hours by any means so he is right. In person school does help with social skills and structure though. My granddaughter is just finishing up 2nd grade in person and it has been really good for her.
