I'll say it again... FRUIT AND VEGETABLES!!! There's a reason for the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away". Then you wouldn't be burdening the NHS with pointless A&E trips over christmas for things that aren't accidents nor emergencies.

But FFS most of us know when enough is enough

I am sure they would enjoy an apple or an orange now and again. Or some fresh juice and not full of sugar squash or fizzy
