Seen this last night, she also said there is nowhere in Ireland that does the course she does. She is putting her heart and soul into it and the salon has all new cameras and equipment looks amazing.

I'm thinking (praying) it's because of Maria, not Claire, who is actually highly respected within the hair industry and actually has the qualifications to do something like this.

It definitely was a dig. Unfortunately it’s an unregulated industry so anyone can give advice without the repercussions that would apply in other industries which is worrying when you consider some hair problems are health related & need a doctor before seeking other advice.
 
You see, a lot of you are saying ‘surely real hairdressers know she’s not qualified’ . A lot of bitterness exists for Denise Pelo. Not because she’s nasty or anything, but because she’s a successful and proud confident business woman and honestly some people would rather support Claire if they thought it meant they weren’t supporting Denise. There’s a big divide there between the Irish Hair Fed, the Irish hair council etc because of covid. The Irish hair fed almost embarrassed themselves fighting to stay open/reopen early. Many salon owners did not agree, Denise included she was even vocal about it on insta. So the clique behind the hair fed are supporting Claire I can see it myself, Lisa Zinc, Danielle Collective, Sarah Lyons etc. People may not realise that sometimes it’s not always about supporting Claire it’s about not supporting Denise

Actually makes so much sense! Their hate for Denise takes over and leads them to this sow, so moral of the story they really don’t give a duck about Claire she’s being used by them they’ll not be long dropping her where they got her (her mothers spare room necking cans) 🤣

I thought she was referring to here- she mentioned 'forums'. I didn't hear spill The Tea mentioned or referred to (not that I noticed?)

Claire won't be the one educating! 😂 Maria's the one with the actual qualifications. She reached out to Claire in her early hair loss days to advise and they've kept in touch since.

I wonder why Claire is there than on the Trua page Claire made out she’d be educating along side Maria, I could see Claire being great at teaching how to deal with a client who’s suffering hair loss because she knows best what that feels like, but the way she came across on her story on Trua was she would be teaching about products but she would be trained the same as anyone who is a stockist so she won’t have any more to offer, I don’t follow Maria so didn’t see her story.
 
@MyHeartisBlack i quit watching Claire, and don't follow the Trua page so not sure what her angle is, but it wouldn't be the first time she's bluffed her way into making out she's more qualified than she actually is? 😉 Unless she's secretly actually got qualifications behind the scenes (hard to believe it wouldn't be all over her stories though?) She's talking through her bum as usual.
Maria actually has the qualifications, knowledge of products and years of experience of dealing with hair loss clients, and probably sees this workshop as a way of promoting what she can offer to a wider audience (as a clever businesswoman would)
I do think shes underestimated how people feel about Claire though?

Tea Spill said this morning on their story that its because theyre going back to their normal job so thats why they deactivated the page

well we know that’s bull! Outside of cocos law coming into force (and no, that doesn’t mean we can’t query real facts with influencers who think questioning is trolling!) but tea spill was a free for all, say what you like with no fact check and she had her favouriteS... even bloggers unveiled was rumbled in the end. I do know and I said on other threads, I work for a pharmacy group & a make up influencer who had been subjected to stuff on tea spill, told brands that a group of affected influencers had gone to bark.com and are/were paying a private investigator to find ouwho was respo; please don’t read this as me standing up for influencers, you’ll see from me here I can’t bear the fraud. But tea spill was 90% defamation and free for all and that ruins things like tattle then when there’s plenty facts to be spoken about but anyone querying anything is seen as a troll

Not sticking up for tea spill (I do think these accounts are necessary) but...I have to say I sent 2 things (about separate insta people) and she investigated both...replying to me that she couldn’t take one further. She did both investigations offline...keeping me in the loop. But didn’t want to vilify online in case she was in the wrong. The other one she was correct and the insta person corrected himself once outed. Just saying!

Oh there’s a need 100% for some type of accountability. But some Q and A boxes would allow a free for all, and then for other accounts she wouldn’t post without facts.. you have to treat everyone the same or at least follow the same process. Otherwise things will happen like you’ll post something that’s not true or that’s harmful and you’ll end up running offline the very first day cocos law comes into effect because you weren’t always thorough in what you posted. I wish, 7 years down the line that insta had a button for ‘ report this as an undisclosed ad’ or ‘report for misleading medical information’ etc. It’s the worst part of insta the lies and the false promotion
