I’ll give Trua 6 months 😂 how on earth was she waiting so long on a delivery it would have come from China quicker, I’d say payment was the problem and not Brexit, from what I heard she couldn’t keep on top of suppliers in Pelo not surprised in the least that Trua seems to be the only business on the planet constantly out of stock and a crashing website. It’s so unprofessional. Not surprised she’s back she obviously wasn’t being lavished attention on Trua what can anyone say “well done on failing at yet another business Claire your running it into the ground”

After all that drama - the bullshit about threats to her family, the sob stories featuring in the online news pages about being 'bullied off Instagram etc. she's back. What an absolute melt.
What was she off for ? 2 months max ? She literally couldn’t stay away . She needs the attention - she is addicted to the drama and attention . She needs help . Trua will be gone by the summer

Clearly it's Thirsty Thursday 🙄 saw on Trua today someone say they sent a message and Claire replied they've 1000s of messages to get through and they are weeks behind. I know it's been said before but if it's a new business start up it's blood sweat and tears for the 1st few years. No message should go unanswered as that's a potential lost sale. Given that they've been having stock issues I'd be doing as much as possible to hold onto any business at all for when they're restocked.
Weeks behind still .. they definitely arent customer focused anyway

The hair industry in Ireland is so under regulated. So I work in pharmacy sales (business to pharmacy) in cork. The rules are tight in terms of who makes decisions, the staff in the pharmacy handling or understanding some drugs and spot checks from our pharmacy drug company to people we’ve trained - example if I have trained over the counter staff in the sale of codeine I might spot check (pre covid) to make sure they ask the right Qs & give the correct advice, spot a codeine addict etc. But hair in Ireland is dangerously under regulated. First of all some hairdressers get 9 months training and some get 4 years under supervision , some never move to senior stylist etc. Then you’ve Claire, who has now grossly exaggerated how much hair she lost for her sales pitch. And is flogging products because she spent less than a year working as a salon receptionist !! People with hair loss could have a non serious issue, or a very serious issue & should be advised a blood test before a €40 product. The fact they can’t even get back to DMs or clearly state a method of enquiry on their page tells us about the lack of passion and enthusiasm. I just think it’s an awful disgrace. I know Denise is making plenty money on pelo sales & she’s some woman to sell but she always shows enthusiasm, always appears to answer and everytime a new person says they’re hair loss she tells them first step GP for bloods. I just can’t, or maybe I can and I’m just voicing it ! - get over Claire’s laziness but expecting a new business to flourish in a pandemic or get repeat sales.....

Wow, so she has a backlog of messages on her business page but still has time to reactivate her personal page which she was “bullied” into closing and get pissed up and talk shite on it. Interesting business model there, Claire. Her refusal to acknowledge why people were annoyed with her shows her emotional immaturity. A simple apology would have sufficed.
