You can sell car seats, no law against it. It's just not advised to buy a used one from someone you don't know as you don't know if it's been in an accident or not.

Doesn't matter, driving or not. If you bring your 8 year old to a concert the evening is all about them, surley she could manage to stay off the drink for one evening. Id imagine if i had my daughter there and i was drinking the child would be worried and scared. Not being high and mighty i enjoy a drink like a lot of people but not when in a big busy venue like that with my child.

I think a lot of people from up around that area don't wash a lot, and definitely not daily. Its a maybe a cultural thing.
