Yeah I think it’s age 4 minimum for a normal seatbelt in a car seat.

It’s very unusual to be napping at their age. Mine dropped a nap around the age of 2 or 3. I couldn’t get a kid to randomly nap - unless poorly or exhausted as a one off - once they’d started school!

Probably because they’re up half the night although tbf my 4 year old nephew doesn’t nap at home anymore but will always fall asleep if he gets in the car in the afternoon.
