Not defending her here but swim nappies don’t actually hold piss, just poop! If you are in a pool with a non potty trained child it’s gonna have piss in it. However poop is a different matter imo so yes, little ones should have a swim nappy on in shared water if they don’t use a potty.
What’s worse though is the naked pictures, we live in a sick world and pictures of your kids naked should never be posted publicly. I read a stat once that said that high percentage of pictures that end up in the hands of p*dos were originally posted by parents / family members who, of course, see it as innocent.
