They may not ask for receipts but at the same time, if she’s living at home and got no bills to pay and getting thousands from him, yet there’s no sign of a private nursery, private medical care and so on, then he can put in a dispute and say it’s not being used correctly. If he’s giving her money, he should have a say on how it’s spent.

A lot of people have been sued for not using child support correctly. If I was a dad and giving my baby mum money and she’s using it to get designer bags for herself and nothing for the baby, I’ll definitely go to court.

He can provide that in any way, paying for nursery is another way some people do it. She isn’t owed cash lol. He should be providing for sure but her baby isn’t a cash cow

I don’t think CSA exists anymore, it’s CMS now, but if it works the same way, they work out how much money is owed based on the fathers income, number of overnights the child has with the father per month, and he’ll have a slight reduction as he also has a second child to pay for.
I don’t think they backdate the money but can chase for the money if it isn’t paid correctly once the agreement is in place.
Legally, Chloe doesn’t need to disclose what the money is spend on. And the CMS can’t tell you what to do with the payments either, there’s some things payments aren’t intended for and that includes private education. Nursery fees typically start at around £45+ per day before the child is 3 so £300 wouldn’t go THAT far re: nursery fees.
Any decent mother would use the payments only for the child’s needs, and put any leftover in a savings account for the child. Whether they do or not is a different story

This is what I mean. £300 is enough to give for a baby under a year old, considering he should help pay for half of his expenses. If she is smart with her money, £300 is enough. It’s not like she has him in daycare

Regardless of the law, I don’t think he needs to give a percentage of his earnings unless it goes on private education. I would be pissed if I’m giving my baby mum thousands and theres nothing to show for it, but her going on holidays to Ibiza and getting surgeries.
