Chloe and Beans

Have to confess, I had to google that, Community Midwifery Program for low risk pregnancy.

That's definitely not Chloe!
Haha definitely not!! I think a 5th pregnancy automatically classifies you as “high risk” because your insides could just tumble out at any point.
I wasn’t even allowed to birth in the family birthing centre through CMP with my second because of a haemorrhage after my first. If you want to home birth and don’t qualify for CMP then private midwives are your only option.

To be fair, the risk isn’t THAT high for PPH or anything else. Private midwives have to be strict on what they do for insurance purposes. But I found it interesting how she skirted around mentioning home birth - just that the private midwife she chose does them. I don’t think it’s hard to guess that’s what she wants to do though.

Agree with the comment above about the coaching, the kids are so trained to show stuff to the camera. Rufus took a while to start reacting to the Christmas lights thing while everyone else was jumping and wow-ing! Like an extra 15 seconds 😂

I think a few of the kids got Crocs as birthday gifts. Shoes are a necessity not a gift.

I agree. Buying them as gifts is ridiculous, especially as the children are limited to just 4 gifts. New shoes should be bought before they've outgrown the old ones. It's not like they can't afford to buy them. Their children earn enough by being exploited, the poor things shouldn't have to wait until Christmas to get a pair of bloody shoes. 😔

Aren’t private midwives more expensive than going through a private hospital? I know of someone that did it and it ended up costing her more than what a traditional private hospital/OBGYN would have cost and then by the end of it all she ended up at the local public hospital anyway because the baby was in distress..

I think if you have private health then the gap you pay is similar to what you would pay for a private midwife

Those kids if they ever go to a friends house they must wonder why the Mum there is not filming them. So much of their life is on camera. At the park I noticed in the latest vlog that both parents were sitting down while all the kids including the twins were left to play on their own. As Birdie was told to go and find a twin, no parent to push her on a swing or make sure they are ok on the other equipment.

They live such a weird life. It's just keep having kids. As they make money from it.

Yeh wow there’s no way I’d pay private gap kind of money to give birth in a blow up pool in my own damn living room lol. Give me a queen size bed and full menu service at St John of Gods Subi, thanks! 😂 (side note - I gave birth to both my kids at public hospitals cos I’m way too unorganised to bother with maternity cover - would have been nice though 😂)
