Clinical Psychologists can assess and diagnose
Ah right it's only been in the last year Iv been getting this sort of help for mines and I had to be referred to a psychiatrist for a diagnosis. I wasn't sure psychologists could do that. She has both anyways I'm sure

She said the psychologist was pretty. Probably hope she can rope her into being a CG

I suspect the only psychiatrist input she has will be with the psychologist as the middle man, they’d have to prescribe any treatment but rely on the psychologists assessment if that makes sense?

It’s madness how much time and resources she takes up when the NHS is on it’s knees and people have to wait years to even bypass a GP and get allocated to the community psychiatric team. I know she’s a human being and is as entitled as anyone, but she tells us she’s not gonna engage with certain treatment, cancels appointments at the drop of a hat. It’s so frustrating.

And then you have Chelsea who wants people to talk about their experiences so she can try and fool medics.

I told her before a good few months ago about hospital, as at the time she was wanting to know if she was being sectioned as she said she was waiting on a bed. I’ve been in hospitals all over Scotland and some in England, longest I waited for my local ward on a planned admission was one or two weeks.

Totally unfair, she was asking this morning what would happen if she couldn't take meds for BPD. I truly believe she is terrified of taking medication because a) she understands she doesn't need them and b) is afraid of losing control if she takes them.
You just know Chelsea has been pushed to the top of the list because of her disabilities.

She was asking about BPD symptoms this morning and wondering how long someone could be sectioned for that 😂
Also asking what happens when you’ve got BPD and you can’t take medication for it 🙄

Just read the comment when you said this! That’ll teach me to try work, tiktok & tattle at the same time 😁

Oh she definitely has, the services and agencies she has contact with will be passing her about like a hot potato because no-one can get any productive, valuable work done with her. She’s both vulnerable and a risk to others and herself, no professional wants to have the buck stop with them. The learning disability muddys the waters because of the whole capacity issue but that approach is actually enabling her.

She’s made it clear she won’t engage with psychotherapy, that she just wants the personal care and to be free of any responsibility. I’m not sure what anyone can actually do for her. She’s lonely and needy and doesn’t take care of herself is the bottom line.

Chelsea Wright #3 The Greatest Show-woman

🎶
She’s not a stranger to the dark
Sits all day and prays someone buys her an adult onesie

She’s not ashamed of her dummy,
Don’t run away, please stay and buy her a McD’s
An adult baby’s what she’s meant to be
It’s hard, but she carries on
She’ll punch you right in the puss
If you dare to ask whats up
For she is disabled!

All the trolls try to bring her down, self diagnoses, imaginary illnesses piled up all around
She’ll be brave, she’ll be strong as long as Edie comes along,
she’s Chelsea!

Look out cos here she comes
She’ll sit on Live from dusk til dawn
Making bracelets out of wool, her customers she’ll fool
She’s Chelsea!

Another round of swearing and threats begin
Move far away, today she will detach all your limbs

She is breaching through the NHS reaching for a diagnosis
She’s a malingerer, yeah thats what she’s become

She’ll punch you right in the puss
If you dare to ask whats up
For she is disabled!

All the trolls try to bring her down, self diagnoses, imaginary illnesses piled up all around
She’ll be brave, she’ll be strong as long as Edie comes along, she’s Chelsea!

Look out cos here she comes
She’ll sit on Live from dusk til dawn
Making bracelets out of wool, her customers she’ll fool
She’s Chelsea!

And she knows that she deserves it all
But it’s hard when no-one pays

When the hardest days wanna bring her down, dirty nappies piled up all around
She’ll be brave, she’ll be strong and lure a caregiver along

She’s Chelsea. 🎶

I have too much time on my hands today 😭
