At this point, I don't think even Chelsea keeps up with the lies she tells. She becomes so invested in whatever medical malady she chooses for that week.
I think the issue with any job paid or voluntary, is as @BigMavis said, managing the risks she poses. Her CRB checks just wouldn't allow her to work with vulnerable people & she has made multiple serious allegations against people, so who would want to take that on.

Chelsea lacks stimulation & routine, and sadly, care & health services are too stretched to bother if Chelsea won't engage with them, plus have the resources to provide 2 people at all times.
 
No issue with her using the Internet but her family have said they're unhappy with her behaviour, including discussing shared trauma and begging for cash/food/gifts. She'll have to tone it down.
Just to add Chelsea was made homeless in her early twenties, at that point she was signing on at a job centre, she had a number of falls whilst there, If I remember correctly she lost consciousness and stopped breathing when she went to sit on a chair and landed on the floor. Disagreements with staff and residents were common. A big effort was made to get her housed, anyone would be forgiven for reading between the lines.

Everything this walloper does is so predictable, it's like a continous circle. Bracelets>Mentul Hulf>Time wasting of police/ambulance/hospital (the Tristan addition was just to mix things up a bit, cos, ya know - variety!! But she won't wear boxers for a few years, come on people, she already wear mens deoderant, so proof she is a man!!! ☺)... aannnnd Bracelets again (the crochet phase didn't last long!!).

As some folks have rightly said, it's coming up to her "friends" anniversary, so Chels is trying to get as much attention on her as possible.

I'm glad you saw it, I'm not sleeping well at the moment due to sharp pain, cos-toe-kon-dry-tis and thought I'd imagined it 😀
