She’s a hypochondriac with Munchausen by Social Media who identifies as a newborn baby and thinks the NHS and Social Work should provide full time personal care, changing her nappy and powdering her arse.

She calls ambulances on the daily, threatens to stab GP’s and her psychiatrist, and murder her Dad. She sprays chemicals on her legs to induce infection, hoping to get them amputated and fulfill her dream of needing around the clock care.

She is obsessed with our genitals and has threatened to turn most of us into a human lollipop or a sweetie wrapper. What’s she like eh 😂

She’s apparently going to Spoons soon, she must have been watching Marcus on Live 😂. Buzzing to see her with a drink in her.
 
It would hard to think of something controversial Chelsea hasn't said/done/been interested in.
Newbies her favourite pastime is watching content on all types of abuse but especially childhood trauma. Which brings me on to the small matter of getting her Ma jailed. Munchausens if this is what it is, involves lies around that too, its not all hospital stays and operations. I give not one duck anymore I'm going to say it the way I see it.

Jesus Christ I thought Marcus Mitchell was bad with his infected toe 😂😂 has she actually said she has Münchausen syndrome I can’t believe the nhs are wasting time in a women like this

Oh no not another spoons lover 🤣 we think Marcus has been barred from his for stealing drinks, calling the staff dickheads, groping male customers along with just being Marcus basically. He won’t confirm or deny this though 🤣
Shame they won’t be able to go Live together, I’d pay good money for that

The only time munchausen has been mentioned is in the comments and when Chelsea asks Alex the definition, which she usually follows with showing her legs asking how she can fake that.
She does have medical issues, granted, but she won't take the treatment prescribed. We don't know know if she has munchausen and sometimes I don't believe its accurate. The big issue is trying to obtain abdl type care and possible competitive illness. I think psychiatry are aware of the abdl stuff which might make a diagnosis more complex.
 
Been MIA for the last couple of days due to vertigo but I'm happily all caught up on our Chels now! I would love to see her in Spoons. Like I would pay money to sit in the corner and watch her try and act like a normal person 🤣 she'll be getting the staff to ring an ambulance for her, and there's new folk to prey on and everything!
