There was a photo of her and matt out with friends recently... she looks like she's taking the boys on a lovely little staycation.... London... Windsor...legoland... diddly squat farm... not sure who she's with as guess is a lot for Matt... the boys are adorable and she looks incredible x

Thank you - I hope he is doing as well as he can be. She is amazing and always looks so fab too. Don’t know how she manages it x
 
Any updates on Chelsea, Matt and his health? Looks like he went back to work from a post on his Instagram back at the end of October which is amazing that he's feeling up to it.
Does she post on stories anymore? It seems she has deleted a lot of posts and highlights.

She still posts on her stories... not everyday but they've done some nice family things recently - they went to the West Midlands safari park and looks like they stayed over in a lodge.... Matt was there.... she's shared some night out pics with friends and Matt was there.... his eldest boy I'm sure was 16 or 18 recently..... their twins are growing up and looks like she continues to be making lots of memories with them and being super mum ! She looks fabulous...... Hopefully Matt will continue to keep well for a long time..... she hasn't posted about his illness in a while :)

Good for them, that all sounds really positive and the cancer isn't taking over life for them too much right now. Must feel good getting back to work too.
Always liked Chelsea, see wasn't one for getting involved with any of the drama some of the other SW accounts craved.
Have started to follow her again so can see any future stories.
