Chase Amie #3 'Schnell' handbags are my priority, so my mum and baby will sleep in a storage room, sorry!

If the pre-loved Chanel bag is Dan’s Xmas gift to her, I’d want to know what she’s getting Dan and her mom in return for the 24/7 work they’ll be doing in looking after the baby given it’s likely she’ll do jackshit in that department. I guess it’s started ie instead of telling people about the birth she’s more interested in telling people about her latest Chanel handbag and lululemon stuff. What kind of a mother are you Amie??? We all speculated that you’d be back to peddling materialistic tit after the birth instead of talking about your baby. And you’ve proven us right. Shame on you.

It’s odd that she didn’t say where she purchased her pre-loved bag. I tried to watch to the end but she’s soooo boring. If the mod shots in active wear are post-baby, her body really did bounce back crazy fast!
I haven’t seen it (and i don’t want to give her views) but she gave birth end of November which means she is still roughly 3 weeks post partum(?); she also underwent a c-section so don’t imagine she would have been hitting the gym.
So not being salty but if she is not showing a residual pregnancy belly i would be super skeptical that these shots were potentially filmed prior to her showing in her pregnancy. i just don’t believe it’s possible for all the skin to shrink back that fast without exercise/intervention even if breastfeeding and with a super fast metabolism (below is a photo of me 7 days post partum- my baby is 100% breast fed and i had a natural birth). So while wearing my looser/stretchier pre pregnancy clothes there is definitely a belly under there:

And here’s 6 weeks post partum:

there is no shame in having a belly after pregnancy and if she’s fooling her audience to believe she doesn’t have one then she’s really messed up.

Tbh I prefer her to just focus on her boring, outdated style rather than baby content. Amie doesn’t seem like she’d be a knowledgeable or interesting mommy blogger and will probably make multiple ignorant statements that turn people against her. Chanel in the same handful of colors and pastel clothing is her bread and butter, and that’s unlikely to change.

She filmed her LuLuLemon Ad post pregnancy as you can see her pp baby belly slightly, and fair play to her. I felt like tit after my emergency csection for weeks, so for her to get into workout leggings to peddle LuLuLemon (who are also renowned for their racism against South east asians) strangely deserves a little clap, surely?

But yeah, Aimee, take a break girl, relax with your baby and have a social media break....

Like her home decor content? Lol I thought her closet series are her more interesting content, but literally the entire thing she did was spraying painting the clothing rods and handles. Dan, to his credit did all the work.

She is just so low effort about everything. No research, no thoughts, definitely no script because it is the same repetitive words over and over again.

I don't mind those actually, even though Amie's entire exposure to interior design seems to be IKEA and Pinterest boards of 24 year old women. Her collection is organized well even if it looks like an IKEA catalogue.

Yes, weird she said nothing about the birth, which makes me think it was a bleeping train wreck and she’s struggling. Sure as tit, if it was an easy birth she’d be going on about what a great experience she had.
But no, let’s do our hair, put on our slap, and perpetuate that idea that that’s she perfect and lives the perfect life.

In the video flogging Lululemon I think she did have a bit of a bump, and bigger boobs because she said she was “nursing” which is an old fashion way of saying she’s breastfeeding. 🤷🏻‍♀️ She is very slim post birth but she is very narrow anyway, also it’s her first kid. As I’ve said before, I don’t think she ate enough during pregnancy which is why she had the big baby small bump bullshit, because she was concerned over her figure 🙄. Wait til the second kid, that’s the hardest one to bounce back from, that is if she chooses to have a second.

She’s going to bloody be one of those mums who starts working out straight away, which I disagree with. I know the NHS saying it’s fine to start working out 6 weeks after birth, it bloody isn’t btw. I know many women who got the green light from their doctors, six weeks post birth, go on a boot champ etc then end up with a prolapse. If this is you DONT DO IT. Relax, take a YEAR off, then after a YEAR think about doing exercise. Jesus what is this obsession about bouncing back, like piss off, the woman as created life, back off!

I can only think the reason why she wants to act like birth was no big deal, is to get validation from social media. Nobody threw her a baby shower, which confirms that she doesn’t really have close friends. She’s not competing with anyone but herself. And having those kind of expectations for yourself will only lead to mental health issues.

Wait?! She got a Dior saddle bag? I'm fairly sure that bag is out of fashion now - I know they were pretty popular before Covid.

She never keeps her Dior bags always complain about capacity. I have a vintage saddle bag, and I bought it when it was unfashionable for something like 600 because I like the design and I would never sell it. But the capacity for that bag is basically a phone and a wallet and you are done. Sounds like a great choice for a mother.

I bought a saddle during the height then returned it. It does fit the essentials but I really hated how it looked with the strap crossbody (that’s my preference to wear bags).
It could work for her I’ve got small kids one still in nappies, I have my handbag a small crossbody, and I have a nappy bag that holds also drinks and snacks for the kids.

No smug looking selfie in her closet while wearing a tight dress and heels? (And clutching champagne) 🙄 Such a dumb and unrealistic expectation to have. She’s breastfeeding, so she’s probably having to feed/pump every 3 hours despite having live-in help. I’m wondering if she’s going to address how being a new mom is or not say anything at all and pretend everything is fine like her Lululemon video.

Amie will never ever let on that she’s struggling because her perfectionism requires that she is perfect, her life is perfect in every single way, she’s a perfect parent, the house is perfect, etc etc.
The time and effort it must take to be on Allll the time must be exhausting, more so with a newborn.
What I would love from her is her posting a video that is real for once, she might get more viewers cos she’s changing it up, but I’m not going to hold my breath.
I feel sorry for her in a way as she has no real friends, she lives in this viscous circle of consumerism, she’s a new mum, it’s all going to blow up in her face. We’ll never see it though….but I’m sure there will be loads of cracks on her haul videos….

Yes! I’ve been saying this for 6 Schnell flaps ago. If she did a 180 and did real content, she’d have a lot more video ideas and probably more viewers. With inflation and after effects of Covid, more people are going against constant consumerism. Like you, I’m not holding my breath though. Her videos have been the same since 2015.

I can't imagine a single person buys anything 'through' her if this is true...

It’s common for companies who want to target desirable, young demographics to partner up with social media savvy celebs, getting them to post some #sponcon in the hopes it will cut through. But does it actually work?

One company who paid for social media influencer and occasional singer Rita Ora to plug their (very affordable) product got a bit of a shock when they totted up the stats at the end of the campaign. The number of sales generated by Rita posting an Instagram photo and video to her 16 million followers?

Seven.
