I say she makes a couple of instagram pictures, throws a couple of video's at us, resells, rinse, repeat. I do not think she is buying bags with the intention to actually wear them anymore.

I’ve stopped watching her (she’s disappeared off my youtube algorithm) but she occasionally pops up on Instagram- who the hell in their right mind would waste $$$ on owning 2 of these bags?!?

also, FFS Amie, STOP wearing pointy toe sky high stilettos with boyfriend style jeans! You look like a country hick getting dressed to go to the local dance (not intended as a swipe to rural dwellers - this woman passes herself as a “luxe stylish London girl” so needs to be put into place). if you MUST wear heels, a relaxed low heel with a bit of chunk is more appropriate.

It’s strange she never purchases from Matches Fashion or Net a Porter - the online retailers that many women goto for luxury clothing etc. in the UK. I’m guessing she’s a serial returner and they’ll see through her game plan or maybe they have already caught her out which wouldn’t surprise me. She also doesn’t appear to purchase from Harrods which - given the ability to collect points - is also surprising.
Yep, agreed- she’s skint and she’s buying clothes just for show so she only shops at places with generous refund policies/won’t judge her online customer profile for volume of returns (other than handbags as we know she resells them on Instagram).

interestingly, she used to shop at Harrods, Matches etc. - back when she had a real job and before her spending got out of control 💅💅

sidenote, I wonder if she has an anonymous DPop store to offload stuff she’s bought/worn for the sake of the ‘gram🤔 when she did her monstrosity bag/closet clean out video you could see a pile of clothes with labels still on them that she hadn’t worn on her social media yet- I think she said something like giving away to charity but I recognised a few dresses from Faithfull (as I own them myself, hence why they caught my eye) which aren’t exactly cheap.

Hmmmm, I wonder what Amie will do now because the Harvey Nichols discount is now 15% for the Chanel hand cream, saving her an extra c£2 per bottle (she bought it when it was 11% off). Oh dear, Amie - that’s a waste of £2 handbag money! How did you get that so wrong???! 😂😂😂

I don’t think she can afford to wait for her stuff to sell on depop to be honest. She sells her bags on IG because she knows they’ll go quickly, and given her comments of late about needing to sell the rose gold Chanel bag, how dining at Sushi Samba was expensive, her staying at cheap hotels - it sounds like spare cash may be an issue.
Maybe she used to sell on Depop but I think she just returns her stuff now to get the ££££ asap. I also don’t think she’s been entirely honest about stuff she’s ordered - she claims to have ordered stuff in the past but they never featured in videos etc.

That Chloe bag isn’t even her aesthetic, she’s just buying it because it has an obvious logo and because it’s popular. Nude patent pointed pumps with jeans is such a 2013 look - it’s so embarrassing how out of touch she is.
I really hate that Chloe tote. But not as much as I hate the Valentino bag she just bought. The oversized studs just look plasticky. Nothing cool or special about the bag.

No wonder she lost so much weight so quickly. Id be ravenous and hangry at lunch if I just ate ONE slice of toast with some avo and smoke salmon. Is that all she will eat for lunch?? Sounds like torture to me. *goes off to the fridge*
Right? Sounds like torture. That's not sustainable long term, I've watched stuff from people who have recovered after destroying their metabolism either from eating disorders or fitness people who over worked out and under ate for results.

If she keeps eating so little, she's just going to get to the point where you have to keep eating less and less to maintain results. Your metabolism for a lot of people when under eating like that will just keep slowing down.

not only that, once you start eating “normal portions” again, its rapid weight gain.

Amie’s problem in a nutshell- cares only about image, has no substance.

She needs to watch it when sharing her diet info on IG, YT. She’s not a qualified dietician and her diet could cause eating disorders in others and could be reportable to the relevant authorities. Her diet isn’t even correct or sustainable. If you want to lose weight and be stronger, it’s a combination of hard work and eating the right kinds of foods, not eat less. I don’t know where she or the husband get their info from, and I know she’s desperate to ‘engage’ with her followers but people who think it’s ok to share uncertified tips with others that could affect their well being are just irresponsible.

Her before and after photo is a bit concerning for me. She didn't look bad in the before photo at all, she looked quite healthy. Her after does look like she toned up, but I don't see any muscles, in fact she looks like she had lost muscles especially around her thighs. Muscle loss is terrible for the long term.

If she is reading this and I understand most of the posts are super critical of her spendthrift behavior, I myself included; but I really really hope that she is actually working towards getting healthy, both physically and mentally and not just shedding weight.

When a 56yo woman absolutely nails the styling that you so desperately lack 😂😂😂 You can obsess all you want Amie but your styling’s still tit. What’s with the pumps?!

Eating disorders are no laughing matter and I hope she is not developing one just for the sake of social media. I can kind of relate to Amie - I am much shorter at 153 cm and weigh 48kg so even though on paper I sound “tiny”, because of my proportions people would say I look “healthy” in photos, rather than “petite” or “skinny”. I am of South East Asian heritage so my calves do look “thick” and my face “large” in photographs which I guess are similar observations that have been made on Amie’s appearance. I have accepted many years ago though that my body is how it is due to simple genetics, and no amount of weight loss would make me look like a tiny Natalie Portman or Audrey Hepburn type.

I think the best thing for Amie would be to go on a social media break. She is not ugly and has a beautiful feminine figure which she should embrace rather than crash dieting to try to look like Instagram starlets or movie/show characters she’s obsessing over who are most likely a different height/genetic makeup than her. If she ditched the ramen hair, toned down the birthday cake makeup and stopped over lining her eyebrows I’m sure she would look far more elegant and less Humpty Dumpty. She should accept her legs are not her most flattering feature (like me) and instead of squeezing herself into spray on jeans and having to teeter around in heels to “elongate” them she should just stick to midi dresses/skirts and wide leg pants - they look far more put together and elegant anyway (and god knows she owns enough midi skirts and midi dresses to last the next 20 years!)

And as for her shopping- maybe a break from visual consumption will make her realise how obscene her closet/lifestyle has become in pursuit of a “brand image” that’s only turning her fans off of her. If she reads this, then take it as free advice Amie!

She is not buying those two bags. First she talked about the bag in general. Then she bought the first bag. Suddenly the second bag. Enter insta and youtube with both bags. Dying for engagement by asking people which one she should keep. It would not suprise me if she already made a video about it and send one of them back already. This is why I believe she is not wearing the bags anymore. These bags are bought two seconds ago and now she is on the same merry go round with the Valentino bags. Not to mention that four seconds ago she sold multiple YSL bags while keeping the exact same bags with slightly different specs.

She acts all put together and planned out so either she is a bag addict and all sense goes out of the window when she needs a fix, or she planned buying the same bag in different versions for mere clout.

I'm just about exactly the same size as you and my legs aren't my best feature and I agree with all your observations. Amie does have a nice figure before and after and just needs to embrace how she looks. Some boot cut or wide leg jeans would look good on amie. She looks fine in skinny jeans but I think she could look better with different styling.
