2-3 months? It’s been there for a year. It appeared after one of their piss up parties. It only ‘comes back’ if you forget to filter it out or someone else shares a non filtered photo of the child. You probably are seeing someone on 7th but it’s more likely to be a plastic surgeon who has waited until he turns 2 to think about doing something with what is more than likely a trauma scar. Even if was how she portrays it shame on her for waiting this length of time to get it looked at. I’m sure she assumes we are all as stupid as she appears to be.

No, it’s £50k less. It’s mid terrace while theirs is end, but the garden is finished and the family spaces are much nicer and more practical. Overall it looks like a nicer family home than their monstrosity.

End terraces always market higher. But the garden etc should bump the mid up a bit more. She will probably end up reducing again when the other house sells and the agents tell her it would help to reduce it further.

What NOAH needed for his second birthday is what she did on his birthday but with maybe a couple of nursery mates added to the mix with a little homemade buffet lunch with a cake and maybe some entertainment at her home, 2pm-4pm job done.
