It looks at least the size of a 5p coin doesn’t it. I don’t know them offline, only what they post and what they’ve said happened, but for an insect bite to be that infected and leave a scar like that, surely that must have just had bog standard cream on it for ages? If it were me, after a couple of days of whatever general creams not working, I’d take my child to either the pharmacy or GP for a stronger cream, maybe one specifically made to treat infected wounds such as bites. Like usually you might use some sudocreme since it’s antiseptic etc, but if that wasn’t working, you’d try something else either prescribed or from the chemist?

Yes, and the bite must have happened while they were in Dubai; so just out of concern that it might from a insect that carries any viruses - I would have got it checked out as soon as we got home. She obviously left it too long and it got infected and has now scarred.

But she's just doing her best and they are good parents (according to Chaz)
