Britney was on medication when she did X Factor that's why she seemed a bit out of it to Louis. She also hated doing the show. Britney is also very shy , even Simon said himself he was surprised she's not a big talker. I think she did very well considering what she was going through in her life at the time. It's a shame, because she's so lovely.
