I don’t think they argue at all. Carrie seems so exhausting to live with, and we’ve seen the patronizing way she talks to her partners. If she‘s willing to make her snappy remarks in public, I bet she’s an absolute monster to Joel in private. And I can’t see him ever talking back.

So true! Many Christines go on to perform as Glinda in Wicked (like Gina Beck, Lucy St Louis etc). She would be awful as Glinda and as Elphaba!

I can vividly imagine the strained “oh-ahhhhhhhaaaa” at the end of Defying Gravity

Yeah glinda is often soprano and that's why so many Christine's have gone on to play her

Elphaba is at lest queen of the not like other girls, so there's an element that at least makes sense for carrie. Awful as she would still be though.

It's always so striking how different Alessia's social meida is to Carrie's. Very polished, very professional.

Not saying everyone should be the same, that would be boring, but how come Carrie is only 30 yet you'd swear to God she was a drunk aunt in her 50s who'd only just got a phone posting?
