She hasn’t had a proper West End job since Chalk Circle, and that was well over a year ago. The Crown Jewels was a flop, and she was stuck in the same role for panto two years running. She shot herself in the foot with her behavior during Cinders.

I can attest a lot of them do lurk on here. Something happened to a friend of mine and myself late last year (to this day, how they got my social media information is beyond me), and it’s terrified me. I am in no way involved in the West End, career wise or personally, but after the aforementioned events - word travels fast.

Even Rodney Vubya (who demonstrated the same kind of poor behaviour on social media as she did during Cinders) is doing better! He’s been in Frozen, managed to behave himself for Disney, and has done well there. He will no doubt get another job in the West End afterwards which is more than can be said for Scammie

When she was slating that Catherine Tate play for its one star reviews, I thought 'that was you not so long ago, Carrie, in Crown Jewels'.
I wonder if she had that self-awareness.

CCC was in Kingston upon Thames, that's not West End! All she's done in the West End since Cindermehla is a couple of 2-3 performance concert things such as Treason, Once, her one night of her tour "casually selling out the Palladium" :ROFLMAO: , and the Crown Jewels.

I think Crown Jewels actually sold OK, in spite of the 1* reviews, but that was because of Al Murray's following and it being somewhat of a vehicle for him.

lol the parody person is still going. I note that about 75% of the posts include the hashtag #tomfletcher even though he's irrelevant to most of them? seems that the parody person has a bit of a hangup about him?

We've already seen the creepy stuff that ChurchOfCarrie Tiktoker was creating, there are a bunch of weird AI accounts. I've even had a Tiktok account on my fyp that was called something like "Carrie Hope Fletcher's child". They're supposed super fans yet read on here and make troubling content. It wouldn't be that far of a stretch.

In any case it's funny and it's better promo that what those idiots have been doing so far

I actually thought the Twitter might be connected to that first Tiktoker because they were obsessively reading here for ages, to the point of making videos about individual posters on Carrie's threads iirc. They've since wiped all traces of that from the account but they also said at the start of the year that they wanted to started posting again - I could see them trying to manufacture some outrage again with something like this 🤷‍♀️

I think that’s just a reference to how desperate Joel is to be associated with Tom? And/or how he’s the only reason Carrie gets roles (well did lol), so more a dig at them!
That’s how I read it anyway.

I think that girl is way too young and unhinged to come up with something as coherent as the Twitter page. Someone said it reads exactly like Joel would post, and the hashtags are misspelled on purpose. They haven't done anything super insane or over the line (yet, anyway). I reckon it's run by someone pretty smart based on the attention to detail. They're also at minimum a lonnng time lurker (probably poster, imo) here.

It’s also a weird way to spend time reading tweets from an account she literally shared a screenshot of her blocking less than 24 hours ago. Honestly if she had reported, blocked and ignored from the start it wouldn’t be getting any attention (although maybe expecting this from the person who mentioned Guru Gossip is too much - until she posted about it I had no idea and it then led me to Tattle a few years later).

She absolutely did. She’s not got the clout she once had, but she’s definitely still got connections, a large online following and a history of unhinged outbursts - I value my career and social life far too much to get on the wrong side of her and raise any suspicion that I could be a tattle mole ;)
 
I know we’ve pretty much moved on from the parody account now but I have been off the thread since I posted the initial screenshot and had to say just in case anyone wondered

Just for the record, it wasn’t me high-fiving myself for getting on her story - I barely check my own Twitter, I don’t have the desire or energy to create a parody one. I also wouldn’t subject anyone to Waitrose Joel or Bumcheek Carrie

I do agree it should be kept off tattle, but it was funny tbf

As another tattler that frequently makes edited pics, bingo cards and spoof posts in Joel's tone, I'd also like to put it out there that it's not me either. I think it's very funny and that 98% of the content is just stuff they've both already posted themselves, but it's still overstepping by changing platforms.

It's hilarious but stand down!!!!!!

(Also "gruesome twosome" made me snort and choke on my coffee hahaha)
