Do they also not realise that it doesn't matter, the old registered address still shows under Filing History?
And this is for good reason, so that people can be wary of fake companies and rogue traders?

Yeah but that doesn't matter - Companies House shows the filing history, so the London address is STILL there, still findable, will always be a part of the record of this business
