I thought exactly the same. But i can imagine her parents making an extra special fuss of her on the wedding day. As it was HER day first. I can imagine she was one of those kids that had to get a present on her siblings birthday.

I have to say I found this story in amongst all the happy birthday posts very disingenuous. Yes, October is breast cancer awareness month, but I haven’t seen Carrie mention that otherwise, she just wanted to share a pumpkin related pun. Perhaps I’m just being a bit sensitive as sadly a friend of mine passed away in her 20s from breast cancer. But that story coupled with the “oh I love getting old” just rubbed me the wrong way.

The biggest problem as usual with Carrie is, that you can tell she’s mindlessly scrolling and then reposting images to her followers because she thinks they’re cool. No personal word from her. She could have added some words, something along the lines of the importance of getting regular check-ups etc. But she never does. So it feels just tasteless and misplaced.

I love puns but this is not the place for them. I also find the skeleton hands macabre and triggering in this particular instance.
Serious things should get serious posts as far as I’m concerned and should come with a personal note and not just a random repost.

Lots of people do it, including some of my own family & friends
Just my opinion, but I think it’s showing off.
Nothing feels private or personal anymore (definitely not where Carrie & Joel are concerned!)

Went to see the UK tour of Heathers last night, Veronica was a swing covering the role and she did really well. I was thinking during it that I just can't picture Carrie ever doing that role, seems like such a miscast to me.
