I know this is not how business works but wouldn’t it be awesome if she was really honest with her customers, explained to them that these products have a short life, made a point of stamping dates on her retinals and force the industry to do the same? if this is the case and the reason why she’s flogging stock, of course. I’m surprised she didn’t put it in her latest kit instead.

I actually really like her retinoid 2.

I am not joking…. I thought they were both dressed as ‘old men’ for this photo - deliberately as ‘grandads’. I had to screenshot and zoom in as it looks like Hirons is wearing a fake beard.. when I zoomed in I can see she isn’t but the sleeveless tank and the other woman’s suit genuinely made me think it was a dress up for effect photo highlighting old men in the industry or something

I read your comment and was distraxted whilst scrolling down, so had stopped at ‘blue top’. I though ‘nah, it’s not that bad, actually I like it’ then I continued scrolling and saw the trousers

So now I feel like I owe you an apology

That free retinol offer is priced at £75 to make people buy two products, so then they'll get a freebie retinol and the hope will be that the customer will return and repurchase at least one product. Also probs timed re 2 years/expiry date as stated. Have the retinols ever sold out?

What clout has she got a Liberty to be given a window like this when by everyone’s accounts , the it’s not a pop up flagship counter barely has any trade ?!. Surely a counter like Trinny or Lisa E deserve a window like this when their counters are rammed !.
