As a grown woman if my potential new boss told me I couldn't use my own name, I'd be turning the job down. I agree it's very cult like but my overwhelming feeling is it's quite frankly childish school ground behaviour.

I bet some her staff are on some sales bonus drafted up by Hirons for her to appeal as an amazing boss. Every time she has a staff party it's recorded and put on line to show how generous she is It's akin to be employeed as a window telesales and/or foot canvasser. I did that for 3 months and thought the bosses acted like kids one minute then telling everyone how brilliant they were...it was 1997 and I was 17
 
@OliveGal I forgot about Tiptoe In. I've been using that as well and really like it. It actually feels hydrating as well as exfoliating and it's the only acid I've found that I can use on my neck. I do still like to use the Ordinary AHA/BHA Peeling solution once a week or so though (definitely not on my neck!!!)

Ive no idea how a Liberty beauty counter works in terms of renting it. Do you pay a set rate per month or do Liberty take that and a percentage of your sales? If its the latter they could turf her out and put somebody more profitable in. Contracts will be short and no doubt Liberty will have a get out clause.
I'd be amazed if shes still there at christmas
 
I couldn’t agree more!!!!!! I thought so!!! And the conversation about ending friends too I reckon CH was def that person!!

I reckon Emma is quite savvy. She’ll know exactly what CH is like but keeps her close for content etc.

I've got two lip pencils coming alongside the tint.

Lisa's customer service messaged me back last night at 9pm (I wasn't expecting a reply until the morning. I sent a few photos of me in different lights and they recommended me one I was debating. My brain hasn't caught up with the range of shades available and I'm normally Casper x

I find it fascinating that hirons went in on trinny for her microneedling tool and Davina she was just like whatever. I think Davina could cause more harm than a microneedle. At least that has instructions. I could never be so cruel to a friend. She should do that to all her friends if she does it to trinny. Good for trinny she’s way bigger than hirons will ever be and that’s why hirons jealousy is showing.
