The thing is she’s not completely wrong about the royal family and hello mag my Gran is in hospital and someone got her that mag and she was sleeping so i read it and it felt like i was reading a magazine the royals made, that said i don’t know why she’s so concerned about whose on their 2nd marriage and whose not out of all the problems with that family that doesn’t even hit the top 500 list, but here’s the thing hello doesn’t care if you are buying that magazine to rant they will keep making it with the royals PR team if people keep buying it and she’s part of part of the problem
 
It’s the crescendo of her tone I can’t be arsed with. No matter what she’s talking about I just want to stop her for a sec and say ‘stop bleeping shouting at me’. She gets herself in a state about everything these days and it’s always at bloody midnight! God knows how the husband deals with that relentless frenzied ranting. Ear plugs and pharmaceuticals would be a good start.

What’s classic L Ron bullying is saying to the people you’re ranting at that if they don’t like it they’re ‘part of the problem’. (I’m not part of the Prince Andrew problem thanks. Nowt to do with me.) She can’t accept any criticism or alternative thinking.

What the hell has she become?
 
I mean she's essentially highlighting the invisible contract between the royals and the press. Clarence House is hard at work, of course we're being gaslit about the Charles/Camilla/Diana history.

I only watch the occasional few minutes of her, I don't know how the devoted can watch an hour or more of ranting, face-pulling and general aggression. 😣

Thing is, Trinny's personality is attractive and enthusing and her products are a lot of fun. You're right about the names too. I'm sure CH's products will sell as 1000s of the Freaks will buy them either because they're convinced hers will be the best ever to be formulated or because they want 'Queen' Hirons to be pleased with them. Going by her 'Double Cleanse' collaboration with Pixi I think they're likely to be fine but nothing special.

I bet she has the same approach to the release as she does the Kits, whipping the majority of Freaks into a frenzy and over-buying due to FOMO.

I'm wondering if Trinny will release a facial exfoliator (physical rather than acid) as she does use them herself. Imagine CH's reaction to that (she'll compare it to St Ives). More hypocritical nonsense as she praises Oskia to the heavens and I'm sure she's said great things about the Oskia Microexfoliating Balm before. I quite like that product myself, but it ain't gentle and I can only use it once a week or so.

If you're not a royalist (or don't enjoy seing cheesy pregnancy announcements from footballers and their wives) it's not a magazine I'd recommend picking up.

Of course she knows what sort of mag Hello is. I'm sure she carries on buying it just because she feels it's an opportunity for ranting.

OMG I just started watching the recording of yesterday's live. Loads of sniffing and wiped nose with the back of her hand AGAIN and then wiped it with her flannel 🤢 Vile. That was in the first two minutes. I don't know if I can bear to watch more.

Just think - The last thing you see before you shut your eyes at night might just be that large face, cheeks strangely plump, eyes ablaze with entitled fury, snarling Tic Tac teeth, hands clutching at a nana sweatshirt, yelling into your screen. 'jaknowwhatimean?'

Yes that's exactly it. Thank you for spelling it out. I want the integrity. Trinny is using her products. Every day. L Ron loves one product and tosses it off a cliff a few weeks later. For some made up reason. I don't have the bandwidth to keep up with that sort of stuff. I want a reliable product. Not the fad of the week.

Exactly this! I don't even care anymore if she's making a valid point (let's face it, she rarely is), it's just the way she carries on. Her snarling aggression is exhausting

Exactly. 'Hello' is a European publication and everyone knows the Europeans wet themselves over the Royal family and notoriously don't report accurately on them. It is what it is. Way too late for Hirons to be jumping on her soapbox.
 
My problem with her take on the royals is that she seemed more mad at them having Divorced and remarried than Prince Andrew until people called her out in her DMs and then she brought him up, our tax money is going to pay for Prince Andrew crimes or whatever you want to call it and she was more mad that Camilla might be queen

me too. I’m not a royalist but the whole rant annoyed me. I’m not Hellos target audience so I don’t buy it, maybe she shouldn’t either if it bothers her that much.

the “would Camilla be called queen if Diana was alive” poll sent me over th edge though. Of course she would! She would have married Charles even if Diana was still alive and would be titled Queen because that’s what she will be. What a ridiculous poll🙄
 
How does someone get that angry at Hello magazine? It left me drained watching it, like why are you shouting? It’s just PR like she does PR, like everyone wanting publicity and good favour does PR. The age group reading Hello were alive for Charles and Diana so would read that and be like “hmm not really how it went”, it’s so dramatic to call it gaslighting. No one is being harmed by some empty PR strategy.

I quite enjoy her lives sometimes when she’s talking about skincare, so I stay following, but she’s so righteous and has such a complex about always being right about literally every other topic.
