I used to think it was weird that the other daughter was never included in the whole Captain Tom hype when it was all going on, but it now makes perfect sense. to be honest I'm all for people thinking twice before donating to charities.
Big corporate charites have the amazing tear jerking marketing, but not much of the donations go towards to the needs, more like salaries of directors and Advertising

Spend your money on the small local charities instead.
