Her break-up a few years ago was with a totally different boyfriend.

I think it's a lot more advanced than she is willing to accept, which is very sad. She has always said that she is still Stage 3 but I think that sadly this may now have progressed to Stage 4. I hope very much that I am wrong.

That's a different partner,that's not Matt..He is not one for being on camera,you can see everytime she puts him on he is so nervous and embarrassed,I don't see that as checking out of the relationship,I also think he is more aware of Tiffany's diagnosis that she is herself,she is in denial/shock still which to be fair I think most would and I don't think she's fully grasped the severity of her illness,Matt seems more clued in to what's happening and has accepted it for what it is on my opinion.

I agree completely - plus, remember that Matt has actually given up his own home and moved in with Tiffany and her mother in order to support her through this. No clearer signal of true love, in my opinion. Tiffany has just posted on Insta but only to say that her results are complicated and she will include it all in Sunday's video.

I was thinking that maybe the chemotherapy had shrunk it a little and they're offering her more to try shrink it further before a complicated surgery or just go ahead with the major surgery now and have a longer recovery after it..

Did she get her results already? She is very committed to getting her videos and vlogs out regularly even despite being so ill and in hospital. She is very dedicated to her channel, I think it’s been a great distraction for her

Definitely, plus she does get paid for her YouTube videos of course. I do think that the comments from people help her a lot.

I'm not keen on her tbh, I'm glad she's cancer free. But her prancing around and filming herself whilst she cooks also gives me NNL vibes. Make me cringe

I don't think she does, before cancer she was working as an Optometrist. If she was working in a hospital she would be very familiar with diagnosising & ensuring the best outcome for patients. This insider info on hospital politics/workings is way more useful, it's not what you know, it's who you know.
 
I hope Tiffany's results are hopeful. She seemed in an awful lot of pain on her YouTube video. It was shocking that she had to go to another hospital to been seen. I was concerned that she was just discharged with just sickness medication. The rationale being that she was seeing her oncologist at The Royal Marsden within a few days.

She seemed to focus a bit too much on Matt's birthday being ruined, which seemed ludicrous to me. He's not five years old and she is seriously ill. She's such a sweet person, always worrying about other people, that I am anxious for her. From what I have been led to believe from this thread is that it is essential to advocate for yourself and ensure that you are listened to and given the right treatment.
