Cannot believe she's a year or so older than me looking like this.
You'd think one of the beauty therapists at these spas/work would give her recommendations on how to help all that sun damage... get some factor 50 for a start Gem.
 
Surely no one puts on dresses bottom up? They go over your head? So weird. She pulls it up over a strapless bra and then the video cuts and she’s adjusting the straps so I think she takes it off, puts it on over her head like a normal person so she can get her arms in the holes and then resumes pretending she put it on through her feet because it her head that looks better somehow. Then puts a cardy on top so there was doubly no reason to wear a strapless bra.

Naw she’s actually delusional if she’s still going with the “hate the way I look” narrative. The smug smirk and showing her body and jutting out bones from every possible angle tells a different story.
And duck off with your cosiest knit! It’s a strappy dress and a cardi, what in gods name is cosy about that! She’s warped
 
She'll be gutted she's lost her cosiest white stilettos to go with her cosy dress and cardi. If she's getting the weather I've got she'll be effing freezing.

I still cannot get over the strapless bra as every day wear. Mine's banished to the back of my drawer only to be worn if absolutely necessary (basically never).

I might have to unfollow or block or something. I’m a big girl, like really big 😔😔and I hate how I look, not Gem fake “hate how I look” genuinely hate myself and I find myself looking at her sometimes and thinking god she looks great, she doesn’t I know myself she doesn’t but it’s hard and I think she’s dangerous

I have the same feelings, because that’s what beauty standards always were for women. But they have, thankfully, moved on and strength is way better than skinny. She started on the right road, but the post illness extreme skinniness has taken root in her. She would look so much worse if she wasn’t tanned.
She will most likely blame it on all her travel and busy lifestyle but you can still have that life and fuel yourself adequately. She just loves the emaciated look now unfortunately.
 
Oh god she really reminds me of an emaciated person. I don’t know if anyone’s worked with elderly , anorexic or dying people but they have the lack of fat and muscle in their bum and it has a certain shape to it that’s not just a ‘flat bum’ and the boney prominences around there and pelvis. I’m really not trying to be mean, it just shocked me to see it like that today. Gemma if you do read here then I’m sorry!
 
My sympathy is zero. I’ve just finished my first lot of therapy for ED and it’s people like her who make recovery for people who need it even harder than it already is.

She’s a pro ana page for the modern age and she needs to be taken off the internet. You only recover when you want help (for me that was 14 odd years in), people might be offering help but when she’s revelling in being so thin, she definitely won’t be taking them up on it.

I hope you’re ok. This is a lot for you to deal with and hope she’s not triggering etc. I’m so angry 😡
