She’d be a good candidate for mandibular angle reduction. I’ve never seen such a prominent jawline like that before Her sister is very slight and she doesn’t have it. It’s very odd and I’m not surprised she’s so self conscious of it

Thought her hubby was a teacher?
My mate lost a load of weight years ago and his head looked MASSIVE on his shoulders, gem looks like that now (unless it's just the angle of the photo), he only needed to gain about ½ stone to get in proportion again but looked so much better for it. She won't stop tho cos controlling food and calorie burn is her whole personality now, along with spa days and eucalyptus
