I was thinking the same - this is probably the busiest day she's had in an age.

It's actually quite tragic how she organises all this for her own birthday, just to post it on Instagram. Sometimes I really pity her and her sad little life.

I’m really sorry The Ivy I’d the most boring generic place in Brum to go for afternoon tea. Talk about going for “content and clout” it’s a chain restaurant and is actually not worth the cost but hey it’s The Ivy so who cares about quality - bab all over.
