Anyone else notice how in her new positivity video she said she was going to be giving more compliments because it makes HER feel better for doing so?! The main aim of giving compliments is to make others feel better and uplift them so it just makes it seem like if she is going to give a compliment it’ll be meaningless because shes only doing it to make herself feel better and so she can write it in her book to complete her “good deed of the day” section

Where are people complaining to always? Is it an email address? I’d like to write to them to as I actually find it completely ridiculous that brogan only worked with them, what, last week and is now saying she doesn’t get periods? It makes the brand looks misleading and shows she will do anything for money if she is promoting a brand she currently doesn’t use 🤦🏻‍♀️

I feel like that last video was the biggest load of bollocks I’ve ever seem.

She’s basically looking for the IKEA flat pack version of tackling your mental health (no offence to IKEA I bloody love it but it’s quick, easy and simple).

Reading a book that tells you what to do day in and day out isn’t going to fix thing. She’s putting a plaster over a huge crack in the wall and expecting it to fix things.

She’s turning her nose up at people that exercise (espesh those who do 5k, Beth she’s looking at you) but is completely ruling out the fact that exercising more could seriously improve her mental wellbeing.

She doesn’t want to have to work hard for any results mentally or physically so she does the minimum, buys the books etc she’s the definition of ‘all the gear and no idea’. She needs to take a good hard look at herself and take a longer break than a week offline to really notice what she needs to change.

I agree - I’d love for her subscribers to go up she obviously works hard to get the role she’s in now with Disney and continues with her vlogs too.... it’s people here like ATD should be sending off - I loved how her videos had the price of things in etc.

I’m another WDW fan - have been quite a few times. I also recommended The Dibb, but realise theres lots of info there. I’m happy to answer any questions and to give my opinions on things/recommendations etc if anyone wants any help re a WDW trip 😊

I just used their ‘email’ link on instagram and emailed them via that.

I do wonder whether Brogan was asked to change the caption after we’d all emailed Always, or whether she did it after reading here. I guess we’ll never know.

A truly helpful response! Take note Brogan!

Also, that photo comparison above made me feel a little sorry for her. My first thought was "she looks like someone's stuck a hose up her bum and inflated her". I'm all for body positivity and self-love (1-I enjoy a lot of plus-size bloggers' content, and 2-I've gained about 10lbs in lockdown so I'm no Insta-model either!), but it's clear that she's not happy with herself if she's editing and manipulating pics to this extent. Lots of posters have said that she could do a healthy eating/exercise series of videos. I think it would make her happier. I personally love eating absolute crap at the time, and regret it a few hours later - it makes me feel sluggish and bloated. She'd have easy content to create, and could feel better about herself too.

This!

There is a section for her to complete every night where she writes her good deed for the day and she says a quick and easy one is giving people compliments every day!

She wants the quick and easy way out of everything!

She would feel a lot better if she actually did good deeds instead of giving halfhearted compliments to you tubers so that she can tick her good deed for the day box!

Urgh she’s vile and a waste of space.
 
I just find it really ingenuine of her to promote always and I’d feel as a viewer that I can’t trust her. I’m now veggie, have been for about 18 months but used to be a little obsessed with chicken nuggets.. I wouldn’t promote this if McDonalds asked me to because “ I ate them for 20 years” and had always “used their product” the fact is I DONT anymore so wouldn’t promote it 🤦🏻‍♀️
