They board the ship in Auckland on Friday 16th Feb and get married on Saturday 24th Feb on the sea day between Sydney and Brisbane. So 8 days. However they will have been in Auckland for 5 days or something prior to that and horsing down everything in sight on the 48hr business class journey over there. So yeah. This dress must be made of her favourite scuba material.

And “fitting”… I can fit into my size 10 jeans and get them zipped but the muffin top is horrendous. The size 12s are much better. I feel like she’s going to have back fat spilling out big time.
 
Having had a big convo with some lovely South Africans today, I said I wished I had more time here because I've only got four days to explore. They said you'd need weeks to do it justice. Coz I'm here for work I'm just considering it a bonus and a little taster of SA. I'd love to come back one day.

But coming to Cape Town for one day? You'll be lucky if you have time to do anything. What do they have, 8 hours? Breakfast, a bunch of shopping at the harbour and maybe a trip up Table Mountain in the cable car?

Is that 'doing' SA? Get in the bin Brogan you fraud. Plus with traffic I mean fuck all the way off if you think you're gonna do a damn thing.

For that kind of thing, we usually either get a vehicle highlight tour to decide what we want to do on a longer visit and see some bullet points, or just pick one thing to do/see and do that.

It just makes no sense to me. Even if I was financially fine, I’d go fucking mad if I didn’t return to work even just part time. Or volunteer or whatever. Doing nothing all day, no purpose, no aim, for over a year now, how would you not just completely lose your mind

Finding two meals and snacks will eat up at least half of those 8 hours. Pun intended.
