Brogan Tate #133 Size 16 seems very distant, only colouring books are hard for her because Benji isn't!

Totally off topic, but did anyone find out why she was put on garden leave when she worked at Jimmy's Coffee? Do we think they tried to put her in her place or reprimanded her about something and she kicked off and threatened to expose them in a YouTube video so they thought the best thing to do was get rid of her but still throw money her way? Totally pulling this out of thin air but also she is definitely the type of person to do that.

Could of been any one of these reasons why;

Organisations may want to implement this employee exit strategy if, for example, the employee:
  • Is of an executive or senior management level whose exit from the organisation may impact the strategic direction and decision-making of the organisation during the notice period.
  • Has worked closely with loyal clients and there may be risks of persuading their top clients to take their business elsewhere.
  • Has access to business sensitive information that may be taken to a competitor or used to establish their own business.
  • May cause disruption or detriment to the workplace and business during the notice period.
I just loved the fact that Brogan bragged about the fact she was put on gardening leave like it was some kind of perk. I have worked in HR and trust me it's not a brag! Generally employers will only put someone on gardening leave during their notice period if they feel that person could put the business at risk, or the person is being made redundant or is being dismissed.

Given she was supposed to be in charge of their social media but was completely useless I think it's likely that they thought Gardening Leave was the easiest way of getting rid of her. That way she couldn't continue to duck up their social media and bonus ... she's so thick she actually thought being put on Gardening Leave was a flex. I doubt she's bright enough to think up your theory. This is the girl who admits that she finds colouring books too intellectually challenging.

Just watched the latest packing slog and there are no words other than where's the Away rucksack she bought that was supposed to be for all her travels? Or the One Nine Five toiletry bags that she "invested" in? The sheer amount of stuff that must be in that house for her to lose the luggage scales is ridiculous. And she obviously didn't want to get on the scales and then get on with the case as she's in denial about how much she weighs and wouldn't have been able to ignore that.

Taken from the wiki (thank you whoever wrote this ❤️)

Brogan only worked for Jimmy’s Iced Coffee for a few months before she left under a cloud and was put on gardening leave. To this day we don’t know why exactly she left (she seemed to enjoy the job until the last few weeks), but many Tattlers speculate that Brogan was inappropriate around married Jimmy, the owner of the company, as she assumes all men she meets fancy her.

Brogan left Jimmy’s in 2016 and did some freelance social media work for a while, and is now a full-time “content creator”.

Apparently she was very braggy about being on gardening leave and being paid for not working

Thank you all who responded, my initial thought was perhaps she said something that made them worry she would slate them on social media and as a result put the company at risk, but like it's been said is she actually bright enough 🤣

Yes I've seen people say she was very braggy about it...ironically she actually gets paid for not working NOW!

She's also admitted she hates having a boss and basically can't answer to anyone (I mean, who can blame her? No one on planet Brogan is better than she is so why would she work under anyone....right?!). I can imagine she's a nightmare employee so I'm not shocked they got shot of her.

The speculation about her being inappropriate is golden though, I wish I could have seen the posts where it was discussed.

It’s clearly because she would be a detriment to the workplace - I mean look what she’s turned into.
All she could think of was getting paid not to work. Also something she has continued to do

he looks like she’s shoved her tongue in his ear and she looks like she’s going to be mooning people behind her, that skirt is so short for her
