I’m local and work in property. I recognise the developer name. Not the most respected builders/people in the town so the houses are probably tit!

Hmm there’s laws over it, they can’t be given a s21 if they’re within the fixed term but can be served it with at least 2 months notice before the end of the fixed term, unless they’ve come to a mutual agreement. Sometimes you see a lot of private landlords not wanting their property flaunted online so may have had a conversation around that. Even with all the issues she’s saying they have there, they might have had a break clause.
