Brian Dowling #7 Orthur left holding the child while Brian goes live. Bus everyday cos he won't learn to drive

I'm sorry but Orfers privileged rant this morning pissed me off. Your flight is delayed by more than an hour after a business is closed. That's not a car rentals fault. It's the airlines but also whats to stop you ringing from Dublin and explaining you're going to be delayed and is they're any way they can leave the car somewhere for you as you know theyre closing at a certain time. Or email. Him and his husband are never off the phone, so its not like it would be a hard thing to do. They're not gonna wait till after midnight for you. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be that person in the office with Orfer this morning.
 
Arthur should have gotten in touch with them and they would have waited. At no point did he say he did that. How long were they supposed to wait for? For all they knew he was a no show. Without any contact I wouldn’t expect them to wait open. If he had contacted them and alerted them and still closed, then I would be annoyed. I get that it’s annoying, but Arthur didn’t do his due diligence with it on his side either.

Agree…someone was NOT nice to Orthur and didn’t wait on them. Ffs. Would Brian have waited around I wonder if he was the employee there and got no notice they were delayed?
But you see they were spoiled with their PR/Gifted concierge service on the Dublin side, however, they are nobodies in south of France so no one gives a tit.
Did he say why they didn’t get a taxi last night, instead of ringing the sister?

You're right...they are so f#cking spoiled and entitled.

The constant talk about how good baby Blake is grates on me big time. For f#cks sake Brian babies are babies, they are not knowingly good or not. But then again according to himself they "got lucky" with Baby Blake. You'd swear she was the first baby EVER on a plane too!!🙄
 
:ROFLMAO: Not used to having to fork out for a service. Anyone who hires cars regularly knows theres an out of hours fee and car hire places dont sit there watching for all their customers flights to see if they're delayed. If he wanted them to stay open he would of had to pay the out of hours fee he just assumed they would look at their booking and go oh we better check orthur and brians flights to make sure they are still coming lol
Someones on shift till close and unless you in advance ask them to stay later that person locks up and goes. The notions out of these 2. He's actually lucky they gave him a car today, most places put you as a no show after 2 hours and you lose your booking

Yes he mentioned they got to the car rental at 12.45 and he knew it closed at 11? He would have been late even if the flight had been on time. Most flights get delayed a bit. Total dopes.

Then going on that he was stranded at the airport. It’s a bleeping airport, get a taxi. Walk back to the taxi area and get a bleeping taxi instead of getting your sister and her child out of bed at 1am when he has school there next day.
 
As a few people said, there’s no way there wasn’t available taxis at an AIRPORT 🙄
I’m wondering did they make their way to the car hire which was on the outskirts of the airport and Brian threw a hissy fit and said he wouldn’t go back to the airport (where the taxis were obvs), so he had to ring the sister.
Or
Did they price a taxi and it was a lot of money and they don’t part with money for stuff like that (especially as the car was hired and paid for) so they rang the sister with a sob story.
It was a crappy thing to do, to get the sister and the nephew out of bed to come get them.
Now I know I’m overthinking but I do have a glass of wine in front of me and I have time on my hands 🤣

Blake is a gorgeous child bit I'm so sock herlaronf her being addressed by her full name BMR they may as well add the surnames too its so long
