She probably had a termination because she wanted to move him and his mutt into her Nans plus all of his medical equipment I assume there wouldn’t be the room for a pram, cot, etc so she chose to abort the baby.
I hate to say this as babies and pregnancies are such sensitive subjects to many.
But, the minute she said she had lost the baby I thought immediately it was a termination. It fitted the timeline too perfectly to be anything else.
More fool Chloe, if that is what happened, she will regret it many times over the years. Especially as Pete can't have kids (think I read that here). And, with their history it will probably all end in tears again.

Caught 5 minutes of their live the other night and they were debating who does more…. moaning that they have to do a school run and de-ice the car and then cook food and do the housework…. Welcome to the real world most of us have to do that and do a full day of paid work on top of that. Our tax then keeps you two scroungers clothed and fed.
