Also, why the day he died? Like would you honestly on the day your husband died go and press the button to dissolve the company? The day before maybe, the day after maybe, but the actual day of? I’ve fortunately never had a loved one die so I don’t know what happens on the day it happens, would you think to do that?

Just popped back on this thread after losing interest a bit back. So he's definitely dead? What a wild ride this has been. I remember first finding him through a bowel cancer research video that someone on my TL shared. Genuinely liked and felt sorry for him... for about 5 minutes. My head was turned when he posted quite a vicious video on stories about suspicions that had arisen in the village about fundraising and how it was being spent etc. Just felt really off and had that whole protesting too much vibe about it. He's brought absolutely nothing to the online cancer community, won't be remembered and won't be missed, a massive failure on his part. Wouldn't wish this cruel disease on anyone but when you are witness to so many people and their loved ones baring it with dignity and love, it shows up people like Richard Davies for their true selves. He was a pretty horrible person.

We dont know if hes dead or not. Lisa and 2 dodgy friends have said he is but honestly its all a bit fishy and full of inconsistencies. Im
not buying it until i see some concrete proof that can be verified.

OK, so the deadline for registering the death was yesterday. So am I right in assuming that the record could be verified today, or would it need some days to make it through the systems?

I don’t think much is happening by accident here. Possibly could there be a reason for the timing on the filings? They are submitted electronically i think? So I guess they could be all prepped and good to go, then held - with Lisa given instructions to only submit when he died. He said he was doing his life admin ages ago, so surely you’d submit all the business stuff as a priority at that time. As usual, when it comes to his companies - something strange is going on!
But if that’s as the case he would have died and the first thing Lisa thought to do was send that?! It just doesn’t make sense. Your husband has just died after the worst battle with cancer anyone’s ever seen and you’re straight away sorting out his business affairs?!

Def not defending as I think something very odd is going here BUT people do strange things in grief. My mum on the day my 18yr old sister died unexpectedly started washing only my sisters clothes that were in the wash basket. When they washed but still wet she realized ‘she won’t need them’ and binned them.
bizarre behaviour 🫠

I find the whole situation confusing. If he has died, and he didn't finish the book, why is it still for sale. If Lisa is writing the last chapter, there is no chance it will be ready next month. None of it makes any sense. I'm not saying he's alive, I don't know, but the situation is bizarre. Where has all the GFM gone? The house he built for Lisa, with the cherry tree and brick named outside, now for sale, none of it sits right.

I've never known anything like this and been reading tattle for years!

People for a very good reason are interested in a death certificate as Richie has made so many lies people don't know what's fiction or reality. I would understand Lisa taking a break all together from social media if he died. But she was carrying on nonchalantly talking about the book and ignoring the elephant in the room. People judging this thread need to actually read it to see all the valid concerns!

I think it's already been said, but can still take many weeks. It's not a hard limit and it's often very backlogged.

Well, Logan MacLeod's article did absolutely nothing to reassure me of the application of any journalistic standards used in the information relayed.

How could someone calling themself a journalist working for a newspaper do NO due diligence, but simply regurgitate statements made by biased sources? No fact checking, simply repeating the same errors and placing a lot of the text in speech marks rather than any original reporting. I'm thinking it was a Tattler who prompted the piece at all by contacting him with the news of the death announcement. He simply copied & pasted from the @bowelbro account, no further journalism was done. It's as bad as the lazy, sloppy NNL errors. Are the working journalists left the worst of the lot? Such a bad mark on journalistic principles and standards. If these are AI-generated, we are indeed in trouble for the future of news we can trust.

I'm left with no more confidence. Confirms what I suspected about LM's publications, that's for sure. Untrustworthy.

I am also still curious about that new IG account @richarddavies9334 that was suddenly created as Richard was in hospice, followed all Rich's accounts, then went private itself.

Who is that???

Think that was his dad - same name (although from memory their middle name differs)

Sorry - “saw it trending”? On what platform did that happen then? NNLs passing, yes. You might have seen that “trending”. Richard’s - ummm no. Why do people persist in lying to justify keeping up with goings on. Agree it’s likely a so called mate. The giveaway being they say they don’t know him. It’s hardly a prominent Reddit page, but they purposefully went and searched for him on there by name. Why would you need to do that if you’ve already seen the “trend”? How would you know there’s a Reddit thread? How would you know there’s a tattle thread? That’s a lot of searching and reading for someone you don’t know isn’t it? And then after all that, they get mad about comments made towards the person they don’t know? So…how do they know if this is truth or lies? Lordy, yet another one that can’t tell decent lies. I shall assume it’s the company secretary / part time accountant who is upset their revenue stream of constant form filling for strike offs is over. Seems fitting.

Either way - they’re following something and it certainly isn’t any made up trend of a private insta account whose passing generated the grand total of one post from his wife and 2 from mates. Apart from a brief flash in LEs stories, and NWs days later - did anyone else catch the trend….? Thought not.
Funny how we’re all witches, but even his own mates post pretending they don’t know him.
