An oldie but an inconsistency nonetheless. On the 29th June this year he tells us he’s been in bed for a week because of the chemo.

Yet two days earlier he was busy dissolving two of his companies.

What is involved with striking off a business? Is it a complicated thing or can it be done from your phone? I ask because I really don’t know and so many things these days can be done from your phone in bed, which I imagine Is what he would say?

The process can actually be instigated without the intervention of the Company Director. Say for example you don't submit your annual confirmation statement or don't process your accounts, in other words you don't keep the company in good standing.
The strike off will be advertised for a period of time so that no one objects then the Director pays £10 for the company to be removed from companies house.
It's not always a bad thing, I instigated the process as I was closing down my Limited Company but the term 'Strike off' is still used. I think the difference is that mine says 'Voluntary Strike Off' but if it's forced then it would say 'Compulsory Strike Off'.

I actually deleted a part of this post which was referring to exactly that - I bet he’d say he can do it from his phone.

Richard’s idea of being exhausted from chemo is always physical. He always seems totally capable and energetic mentally during these periods which when you’ve had chemotherapy is highly unlikely. Similarly I imagine energy required that sits behind the literal hitting of the ‘company dissolve’ button isn’t insignificant either.

My husband works as a tradie and goes to work on chemo and is still fully capable and energetic. He’s stage 4. So being well on chemo is also highly likely.

I still don’t believe anything Rich says though. He’s a tool.

He’s apparently so ill, but on his first day feeling better he spends hours updating his sheep with lengthy ramblings. Silly little man.

Completely agree but if he was so ill like he’s portraying and I know what it feels like the last thing you’d be thinking about or worrying about is dissolving a fake company ?!!

Goodness me Dr Reilly is quite amazing with his house calls ???? It’s also well known that with a stoma comes a hernia and duck off
have you got ascites Dick because we mention it and lo and behold you might have it, quite incredible really. Can you just get on with it so because I’m sick of the lies and bullshit. Utter crap this whole tit show. I’m actually so bleeping angry this behaviour after Mark died bravely and with great courage. Your a liar Dick a bleeping 🤥

He's not EOL, hes still got his leg muscles, still able to walk 6km, still able to cook for Lisa. I have said it before and I will say it again... my husband was 7 years younger than Rich when he reached EOL. Getting him up from his recliner, up the stairs to shower, sat in a shower seat, drying and dressing took literally a couple of hours. One step at a time. And it took myself and another adult to support him. In the end it became easier to give 'strip washes' in his recliner.
If he had been able to walk 6km a miracle would have occurred.
And my husband was on high dose steroids, dexamethasone 12mg daily.
I know and understand that each patient is different, but EOL is EOL.

Oh saydee I am so sorry what your husband went through and you caring for him so well. It must make you furious seeing this man pretend to be EOL and you and many others know what it’s really like and it’s heartbreaking. Life is cruel at times. Hugs to you xxx
