I can't remember a bitter taste with food ( apart from when I first put them in mouth 🤢)
however I can definitely remember the insomnia and middle of the night online shopping sprees and the need to organise my kitchen cupboards!
Now I'm off them , thankfully most of those symptoms have resolved apart from the insomnia sadly

Was he on steroids whilst preparing his heavy anniversary meals? I would find that most peculiar given their very common side effects including bitter taste. They can also cause muscle weakness and mood swings. Has he considered them as the cause of many of his symptoms?

Where is the oversight of his health and health care by the very best oncological team that money can buy?? Was his antibiotic substituted by another if the initial course was not completed? This seems very haphazard to me.

He apparently had IV steroids administered alongside his chemo in his home. That was a few weeks ago was the IV steroid.

His care appears to be quite fragmented.
He no longer sees the oncologist at Northampton. Now under a private oncologist.
Hospice appears to be sorting out his pain relief.
Northampton Hospital dealt with his draining. Apparently told that his antibiotic would take care of the rest.

I try to not write very much because when he went on fentanyl patches and mentioned abdominal pain, I wrote about an experience with fentanyl patches causing impactment. Lo & behold, a couple of days later, Rich wrote a story about his hospice doctor discovering he was impacted. I am sure he does read here.
Those areas of the scan he labeled as 'ascites', the black pockets, that's not ascites, that is pockets of air.
10kg is a lot of weight to lose, but it isn't through 'starvation'. He was eating on Saturday.
What I do find confusing is the idea that he is starving, he has no appetite and he is asking the Instagram community. Hospices, oncologists and CNS's are extremely good at recognizing weight issues and intervening. Rich doesn't need to be seeking advice from Instagram.

Does he look like he’s lost nearly 2 stone ? Does he duck and he hadn’t noticed 🤔 this man is vile and clearly has no thoughts about what cancer patients go through because I DO NOT believe a word out of his mouth. Those scans he shows with apparent ascites and the impacted bowel or any other evidence he shows how, do we even know it’s his ? You can get anything off the net !! I believe he’s a fraud. Anyone know what Ferrari Showroom he went to ?

I think long term use of prednisone for sure can cause oral thrush which causes that classic metallic nasty taste & acid reflux.
If true and I was in Rich's shoes I would quite the showing off with the gourmet 3 course meals.
Fentanyl causes aching bones and weakness ;) The sweating seen in all his live videos. Rich's had problems since he was switched from morphine to fentanyl.

He does look like he has lost a little bit of weight, but not 10kg.
Rich is quiet. Possibly doing his 'tour' around the UK in his new "dream car" :D
 
For someone on IV steroids (so we’re talking BIG doses here) he shows absolutely zero signs of it - no moon face, general puffiness.

To be fair, I don’t recall him saying he was having them as an IV, but even orally, he has suspiciously clean bone structure around the face. As low a dose as 5mg would make one puff out.

Like someone else said, I’m careful in what I add here as I don’t want to give him too much knowledge he can use to explain stuff.

Well we know he’s not on long term use of Steroids because he’s said as much. I didn’t have any puffiness when I was on steroids with chemo and was on them a few times last year and again no moon face or puffiness.
He checks out a lot of the cancer influences getting there knowledge and experiences so not worried about what’s on here. Plus he has the internet which is a wealth of information 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

He looks like he’s lost a bit of weight but not much. He could have easily dieted a little to show a certain appearance. I still find it odd there is now yellow tint to his skin or eyes.

I still feel he is a bit of a fantasist. He doesn’t seem to have much going on in his life, where is his family? Where is he from originally? I know some of you have already listened to the believe in magic podcast but if you haven’t, please do. People like us started questioning them, they fought back with bigger, more elaborate lies and accused the sleuths of being cruel, unkind trolls. They would tell their followers not to engage with the ‘trolls’, but these trolls were right all along.

I still find it funny at how rich he proclaims to be whilst living on the outskirts of a run down town, very close to the roughest areas (eastern district). I was 8 when my family moved us over to England from Poland and Northamptonshire is where we went to because it was affordable, we lived around 10 minutes from the village Rich lives in. 2 days after we moved our neighbours car was set on fire. The police helicopter was always up. I hated that place! It’s not where a rich person would choose to live, trust me!

as soon as I could afford to move I got out of there, but was there for many years. My parents ended up hating it, they both moved back to Poland as northampton offered nothing for them. The crime is still bad, I am about 45 mins away now and hear about it from time to time, it’s like a forgotten town.

If he had money behind him he would have moved away by now and transferred to a much better hospital

Rich said his wife sold her car so they could afford his treatment. Then he’s supposedly out buying a Porsche (?) a year later. This makes no sense.

REALLY !!! So what he’s make a miraculous recovery and has gone out and got his car ? Even though he can’t allegedly move his arms and legs is starving himself, is so weak and in pain but you just thought there’s a Ferrari I bet its Rich’s ffs 🤦🏼‍♀️
