The hospice wont see a penny of that money…..
I’ve got a horrible feeling you’re right. Unless I know someone personally, I don’t donate to GFMs any more. And that’s thanks to Ashley Cain and Saffiya and there are threads here about an Irish lady Shannon Joyce - two quick examples off the top of my head where cancer has been involved and there are real questions about where the money went. It’s a shame really because there will be thousands of good causes but the bad apples have spoiled it for everyone

I looked at the go fund me yesterday. He could have set one up to go directly to the charity, but of course Saint Rich doesn’t think they know how to distribute their funds properly and spend it on the things that they need so all the money goes to him.

Rich thinks they need things like the latest computer consoles. Lets all crowdfund (again because I’m keeping the 57k we originally crowdfunded) and buy them a few PS5’s. This is what the charity need isn’t it, not medical supplies, equipment or mundane things like staff wages or furnishings to make patients comfortable.

Agree. There is absolutely no legitimate reason for Rich setting up a personal GFM (because thats what this is, the funds are paid into HIS bank account and he can use the money however he then chooses) - the hospice have long standing dedicated teams who organise fund raising and its all legit and bound by the legalitys that charitable organisations need to adhere to.

he is shady as duck and i pity the idiots who buy into his nonsense

I’m genuinely stunned that a week after this cretin comes back, he’s already got his sheep donating thousands of pounds, straight into his bank account. I doubt many of these idiots have read the small print.
I loathe this man with every fibre of my being

The face of a man who is delighted to have extracted yet more money from the cherubs. He can’t believe his bleeping luck that it’s this easy.

I was visiting the Teens & Young Adults ward last week, they had Playstation consoles, xboxs, guitar, pool table and I noticed non ever got used in the 5 days I was there. Not once. The consoles had a layer of dust on them! I asked if they are ever used and the nurse said patients are generally too unwell to concentrate and would rather read a newspaper, magazine or watch the TV.

So where is his £5k matched donation?
Apparently he will be handing over the money before he leaves with an extra 5k on top. Apparently he's already told them "team bowelbro" are going to do some fundraising for them ;) Apparently :)

Does anyone else think he looks a bit jaundiced?
I do think his neck looks slightly jaundiced (neck is paler than face so it would show more given not much tan there) but his sclera’s look ok from what I can see. He has lost weight in his face … but it’s still butt ugly!!!!
I note the miraculous recovery up and about. If it is in fact jaundice … ⏰⏰⏰!
He says he’s not scared or worried about death when the time comes … such a martyr Rich! You should raise some money for being so brave! Another GFM project perhaps?

If he fair dinkum had money, why limit his throw in to only 5 pound? The total is now almost 8p so why not match it? He’s such a wanker!

It’s great the hospice gets some funds, but why take off the public; most who are already in lean times or old and on a pension! Why not just donate his own money because he was so appreciative of the care?
He certainly has a fetish for money in his hands … everything he says or does relates to money!

I’m not scared of dying or death either. What scares me is being forgotten. My husband will meet someone new and experienced a good life again. I’d be mortified if my legacy was 5 pages of tattle threads pulling apart my personality and dodgy dealings. What a shambles indeed.
Me too. I’ve told my husband that if he met someone else and forgot me, I will become a poltergeist and throw things at them forever 🤣

I guess I wouldn’t want my husband growing old alone… that would break my heart!
But there’s only one mummy, so as long as the kids always remember me and what a great life we’ve enjoyed together as a family. Making memories is really important to me.
