Rich has tumours on the peritoneum (lining of the abdomen). Very common for pts with this to get subacute bowel onstruction and sadly surgery is often not possible.

If a pt is known to the palliative care team they may well be admitted directly to a hospice from home - particularly on the eve of a nursing strike when hospitals will be in chaos.

Don't get me wrong - Rich isn't my cup of tea at all - just from the medical side a lot of what he is saying makes sense . If he is making it up - he's doing a v good job!

Agree and believe everything does indeed sound legit, but can almost say without a doubt, we ain’t seen the last of him yet! This guys days are not yet done!
It would be almost rule of thumb to discuss opiate use and constipation with this type of patient and I’m sure he’s probably been instructed to present to this facility should he be concerned regards pain/constipation. I would hope he’s known this will be an issue that’s able to be resolved or why else would you be spending precious time (last days) on social media … I mean that thought actually begs the question as to how cared about and respected this guy really is among family and friends, if this is how he asserts his priorities at a very finite period of time in his life. Perhaps it’s not just us who attribute his name to be synonymous with absolute hole!

If he is there, and not at the hospital—then my gut instinct tells me this admission was not sprung on him. But rather he has had contact with them before, and probably quite recently too. The last obstruction was only a few weeks ago.

Is he in denial, or calculated? I think a combination of both. This is the same guy who was talking about his DS form, buying his dream car and his exciting business plans all in a 24 hour period.

So a huge disconnect there, about the realities of his situation. Because he does know. But his behaviours are never in alignment with what he knows.

I know he has cancer and I think most of us do, but I questioned the severity of it and if what was on that form about his TNM Letter was correct he was NOT terminal when he was diagnosed or even 6 months ago so I was right he definitely made it worse that it was. My problem with Rich is his inability to be honest truthful and down to earth. He is calculated, vengeful, unkind, arrogant and a vile human being who brags about his life accomplishments. Whilst in reality he owes money to people doesn’t pay his bills and taxes and is a compulsive liar. That is my problem. Don’t like the bloke and it’s is own downfall the way he acts and his threats are not normal. I think his Hospice Admission was planned but he’s spinning the narrative to suit him. He’s so calculated and it sickens me. I mean who lies and says they are terminally ill when they are not ?! Well Karma has certainly come and bitten him on the arse 🤷🏼‍♀️

When I was diagnosed with cancer mine was T4N3M0 lucky me !! But no metastases which was crucial. Takes a very fucked up individual to lie about that.

Yes was staged as T3N1MO on the initial scans in April 2022. It was when they went in to do the operation a couple of weeks later in May that he was upstaged to T4bN2M1with peritoneal metastases which incurable/terminal. This is not uncommon in bowel cancer - CT scans aren't great at detecting small seedlings in the abdomen.
 
I feel for Lisa today to be honest. She obviously loves him, and is about to be a widow in her thirties. She must be out of her mind with it all. I get the comments about Rich, he puts himself out there so he’s bound to get conflicting opinions about him from people. But, unless I’ve missed something, Lisa hasn’t done anything wrong, I don’t really like the bitchy comments on here about her to be honest. None of it is her fault.

I became a widow this year and I am much younger than Lisa. I fail to see your points at all? You understand comments about Rich who ultimately is having his life cut short, but "don't like" comments about Lisa?
If I had supported my husband publishing a book and selling it to strangers, and that book contained personal stuff about me, mainly me always being on the floor Id expect comments?
Lisa was supportive of having a so called book published and sold to random strangers was she not? Yes sold, not given. How many times was it wrote that Lisa ended up on the floor? Thats not a bitchy comment.

I agree with you. I mean, it’s one thing to share your opinions on a public forum such as this, but something else entirely to make DIRECT contact with him or Lisa and her place of work. I don’t think it matters why it was done. We all know he is shady. But that is just going too far IMO, and it does fall into harassment territory. Keep it to the thread. He can not claim harassment when nobody is making any contact with him whatsoever. The other consideration is that it may not have been anyone from this thread at all. We are talking about Rich here, the guy that gets his house broken into three times in a week, and his possessions pissed on. 🤦‍♀️

Correct. And I’m free to say I think it’s unfair to slag off a woman who has no say in what her selfish husband makes public. It isn’t her that brags, or exaggerates; she’s just an innocent passenger in his quest to be famous, or whatever it is he’s doing. My opinion, sorry if that bothers you, but I really don’t see what on earth she’s done wrong to deserve being slated?

For you to say that, you have missed the absolute filth of what occurred some months back. Lisa absolutely backed everything he said and stood for and behind, including his offers for people to come forward from the deep dark web. Lisa’s support was clearly written on a public platform for everyone to see and read. Her senior position is directly responsible for ‘child protection’.
