If he makes her a cup of tea this morning, well that just makes him the best husband ever 🤣

Surely making your partner drinks is just normal? My husband regularly puts our washing away 🤷🏼‍♀️ if you’re going to the trouble of pairing socks, folding it and placing it on the bed, then just do one more step and put it where it belongs? If something needs doing it gets done by whoever, we don’t have “set” chores. We share the load of the house and our children as any normal couple would.

Same. We run the house and we parent as a combined 100%. Sometimes I’m doing more and sometimes he is. It’s swings and roundabouts from week to week. If things need done they get done. We work as a team and definitely wouldn’t leave say a pair of trousers and say they’re yours so I left them on the bed for you to put away. Pretty pathetic.
It’s like they have a new teenage relationship where it’s like oh my god he did the most mundane simple thing for me. It’s so bizarre. My husband does a lot for me as I do for him, but we just thank each other and move on, why the need to show it on social media too to prove he loves her. Who is she trying to convince?
