A party for S doesn’t make up for all the rest of the weekends in the year that you drag her around the pubs or push her aside at home
to spend the prepping balsamic rocket for a dinner party.
You know this party will mainly be about booze mummy dressing up posing and probably her besties there too…chin chin 🥂

Some kids find parties overwhelming too so l really hope if S is quiet/not estastic/thanking mummy for her party rave then BM doesn’t go on about how ungrateful she is… similar to when she made the kids a Chinese banquet and then moaned they didn’t appreciate it! I can just see how it could be a downer as she is hyping this party up so much…
Also… why are S presents and cards in the kitchen??? Wouldn’t you decorate the lounge for her??

But she could have done a much better set -up for her presents absolutely anywhere. Main character syndrome strikes again, turns S birthday into how much she has done for her :rolleyes:
 
How to make a 6 year olds birthday all about yourself! Nice one Georgie. Also, she has this amazing party tomorrow I presume and has been at school…a pizza and chill would be much better than going out for dinner. But that wouldn’t look like you have a perfect life for the gram would it!
