She is such a twit. I was there on Friday with my son. We waited a while for our appointment, I didn't once think to post about it on social media. Didn't think to complain about the wait time, we just sat and waited, thankful that we even had an appointment. Its not as if she has to rush back for work. She's just a prick.
Oh and being 5 minutes late is what pushes wait times up.

People who bash the NHS make me fume. Yes it's frustrating waiting, yes referrals are taking a while and that's because it's massively underfunded, understaffed and abused and covid has just made it worse.
