She probably didn't get compensation or they knocked off £50. Multi million pound business spends £40 on hamper to silence dkhead customer. I've worked in CS, you find ways to make this stuff go away. Its far cheaper than legal fees even if you win and it doesn't set a precedent. Don't choke on your choccies, doll.x

I was certain they had recently just had brand new carpet laid and now they are having plastering done?
