WHY THE F IS SHE BEING SO RUDE AND DRAMATIC. It’s a chip on the footstool which wouldn’t even been seen unless you look and really not the end of the world. It doesn’t effect the use of it and isn’t going to kill anyone is it. I get the frustration but I’d never in a million years react this way. Of course they should replace it but ffs BM you are not the only person in the world and there are a ton of reasons as to why the manager may not have been able to call you yesterday. You might have duck all to do and be able to send a leaflet to someone within 10 minutes of a phone call with them (despite apparently being so busy and working a 70 hour week) but others actually have busy jobs and can’t react instantly.
She definitely thinks she is something special with 7.2k followers. Yet I’m embarrassed for her to be messaging them from an account called Boss Mummy. You just know they look like this when they get her messages

I hope people are as rude to her when they see her work with poor grammar and !!!!!!!!!!!!…overload She goes into moaning dramatic complaining mode when she’s hungover after a weekend of drinking and had to adult a little bit. She’ll be over it all in time for Fridays drinking session

Why does she think that going on like this will make them want to call her?! Such a keyboard warrior - as someone who’s worked in customer services, you always go above and beyond for the people that show you respect and don’t go on like a dick!

If only she'd put up as much of an argument when a married man with two small kids tried to pull her, instead she went ahead with it and married him and now gets sod all attention from him hence why she's doing DFS customer services heads in.

She wouldn’t dare react this way if it was face to face she doesn’t have the guts. Remember they drove down to curry’s and it was Scott who did all the talking and she sat there posting silly pictures on IG. Yet in her messages to them she was all ‘Karen’ about it.

My husband works in a customer service call centre and I showed him the messages and he said if someone spoke to him like that he would escalate it to verbal abuse on staff , get the item refunded and then bar them from shopping with them again.
