I had a massive issue with DFS (no, I didn’t send it to her for her evidence!) and when they didn’t call, I went to the store and saw the guy that sold it to me, along with my dad (a law lecturer) and the store manager. Was stressful as they tried to wriggle out of it but we got it sorted.

she is actually unhinged. She clearly has no job as how can you spend 4 days solidly behaving like a spoilt little witch whilst working 60 hours a week?! Why didn’t she just go to the store and speak to someone?
