I must have got used to it. I think it's fine as long as you don't try to eat it cold. Have you tried any of the edemame or lentil ones? Maybe they'll be more up your street.

I haven’t but I will because this is awful. Unless I’m not cooking it right, is there a technique to it?? It keeps going mushy 🥲

No airfryer or microwave. So you just... WAIT A NORMAL AMOUNT OF TIME FOR YOUR FOOD TO COOK?

I even have a single induction hob because the gas cooker takes too fuckin long.🤣🤣

we have an induction cooker and I despise it. It can’t balance high power on more than 2 rings. What’s the bleeping point!

Aww. Might just be that brand? I made mac & cheese with tesco gf pasta tonight and it's held up fine. Maybe reddit can tell you which brands in the US are good.

Can't balance high power? What does that mean soz?

I have this thing and a regular gas hob. I will ALWAYS choose the induction hob if it's a one pot job. Absolutely love it.

I will never buy an air fryer it's a FAD YOU'RE ALL SHEEPLE

(I hate stuff on the counter tops & it's just another bleeping thing to clean and pay for I CBA)
Happy to be a sheeple if it means my food cooks quicker 😂. I only cooks for myself so an air fryer makes sense for me. I can control my from my phone as well which is great if I forget to take a pie out of the freezer. I often cook them really low to defrost while I walk my dog then turn it up to cook through when I’m nearly home.

I just read the reviews on the hob and now I'm worried mine will blow up even though I've had it 3 years 🤣

Maybe I'll replace it with a different brand if it packs in 😬

Ok but I need to know what witchcraft this is!

Chips and gravy is my ultimate comfort food. Now I want that 🥲

I store mine in a cupboard when it’s not being used. Not a chance in hell I’m having that on my counter tops. I’d be climbing the walls
Ours goes in the cupboard too. Agree about it being easier to clean than the oven which is the most hated chore in our house

Why is gluten free pasta so incredibly tit. This is going to radicalise me
It truly is. I’ve stopped eating it and gluten free bread because they both taste like crap. I pretty much only have rice and potatums as carbs now 😭
---
My coeliac friend recommends Garofalo gluten free pasta. She says it’s a little more costly but it doesn’t clump and it’s one of the few you can have cold, like in pasta salads.
Definitely going to keep an eye out for this and give it a whirl

basically it can’t cope with more than 2 of the rings being on high. Presumably as it’s not hardwired. Absolute piece of tit.

bleeping hate Mondays.
